BEST OVERALL BACKPACK ON THE MARKET! I have put this backpack through the test for several YEARS now and I just purchased a second one in a different color for my husband because this backpack allows you to pack it all! The STRAPS are padded and adjustable plus it has one of my favorite features! On the left strap you will find a small zip-pocket that can be used to store your credit card and ID. This makes it super EASY to access those two necessary items when checking-in & purchasing items within the airport WITHOUT having to take off your backpack to retrieve them. I absolutely LOVE this feature and find that I will bypass other options just because they do not have this feature. It's that awesome and convenient for me because I travel A LOT and this makes all of my check-ins and purchases flow with such ease. Crazy how something so small can have such a big impact! ON THE FRONT All zippers have dual pulls so you can open to any size and move the pulls to any position you prefer. Also, each zipper pull has a loop at the end of the zipper that allows you to use a personal TSA lock, connecting both pulls, for additional security. The FIRST small zipped compartment on the front (with the quick clip attached) is the perfect size for a thin travel blanket or other items that need to be quickly accessed. The SECOND & next larger compartment also has a small exterior pocket that is large enough for you to store your ID, Credit Card, Chapsticks or other small items. Inside the compartment itself, there is a strap with connectors for keys to be conveniently stored (the removable connector can be placed on your keyring for easy clip in and go), 3 mesh compartments (1 larger and 2 smaller) that help keep items organized and a nice sized storage area that is perfect for snacks, books, folded jackets or thicker blankets etc. The THIRD compartment has TONS of space for placing packers or other thicker items. You can easily fit extra clothes, large books, etc in this compartment. It also has a mesh pocket on one side for storage and, on the other side, you will find a solid pocket equipped with a charging cord adaptor that leads to the exterior charging port. This space is more than adequate enough to store your battery packet plus other items. The FOURTH compartment has a large storage area that allows your laptop to be secured in one pocket with a velcro strap for extra security and a little smaller pocket for your I-pad on one side. The other side has a large mesh pocket that is prefect for all of your chargers, documents, etc. PLUS it still has a center section that allows for even more storage. AND THATS NOT ALL! On the BACK your will find a hidden compartment that allows you to store wallets, checkbooks, passports etc. It even offers cushion for added comfort on your back/shoulders/waist. Additionally, there is a strap that fits easily over your luggage handle that makes transporting it on a suitcase easy. Each SIDE has mesh compartments for water-bottles (yes you can carry not just one but TWO bottles) plus additional zippered small compartments for whatever. The right side is also where you will find the exterior charging port for your phone. Final Factor, it still fits UNDER the airplane seats! And let's not forget how easy it is to clean. I even throw mine in the washing machine with no issues to the pack or the charger ports. Simply put, you cannot find another backpack that offers this MUCH! I know because I spent hours searching for the perfect pack. Even before I purchased the second pack, I searched again to be sure nothing else has been released that comes close to this one! If I had anything negative at all to say, which even this is hard to say, it would be color choices. They do have some choices for accent colors but having options for other overall colors would be great. That is truly my one and only complaint so this pack still deserves a 5-Star rating! You won't regret your purchase with this one!

Has more features and better build quality and looks than most of the $150 backpacks for a fraction of the cost. The 17” large size has more room than my carry-on suitcase while still meeting airline carry-on requirements. When packed full it may not fit under a airline seat but has side straps to convert it into a slim pack when the vast space isn’t being used. Has really thoughtful pockets and features that make this pack more useful while traveling like the zippered shoulder strap pocket for money or a credit card. The shoulder straps also have gear/water bottle/sunglasses straps for quick access while wearing the pack. It has a external USB port attached to an internal USB cable leading to a pocket to hold a portable USB power bank (not included). The key ring in one of the many front pockets has a elastic lanyard and detachable clip. That pocket also has pen holders and a pocket large enough for a male wallet. Has zippered pockets on both sides perfect for a umbrella on one side and a flashlight on the other and can still get water bottles on each side in the elastic mesh pockets below them. The TSA checkpoint laptop/tablet pocket holds a 17” laptop with room to spare and folds flat while going through the scanner. Love how this backpack looks as well. Looks like many of the executive backpacks because of the high quality materials and build quality, so could use this for work in a professional environment or use it for hiking or school and wouldn’t look out of place. Only thing this backpack doesn’t have is wheels but is still the best backpack I’ve ever owned and better than any of the more expensive ones available next to maybe the $300 Nomad and Osprey’s ones.

I am very impressed with this back pack and all the pockets. As a traveling DJ, I normally carry my laptop bag and a cables in a side bag. I wanted to consolidate both and this bag is perfect. It can easily carry 2 laptops. I am using a 17" Lenovo it looks like it can easily carry even a larger one. The laptop pocket is toward the back and it is padded really well. The padding in the back, once you put the bag on, is also super comfortable. The pocket in front is very big and could easily fit clothing and/or other wires and other gadgets. What is most impressive about this bag is all the pockets and details. The usb wire on the inside also has a pocket so you carry your own charger when traveling. There is also a hole on the top of the bag for your earphone wires to pass through. Other cool features, on the back they placed a strong elastic band so you can hook into the pull out handle on your carry on. This thing is going to be great for air plane trips as a carry on. Also has straps on the side in case you really pack it tight and need to compressed the bag Overall, it is a really well thought out bag. Comfortable back padding and will make a great traveling bag for my needs.

This backpack is exactly what I was looking for! I got a new wheelchair and it was a couple inches wider than my last wheelchair so the backpack I had no longer fit. I had to look through a lot of different backpacks before I found the right one and this one is absolutely perfect. I needed a backpack that was wide enough and also had the straps on the side of the bag for cinching it tighter because those are what I use to loop over the arms on my wheelchair. It has wonderful amount of pockets, there's so many it's almost overwhelming. The pockets are designed well and there was obviously a lot of thought put into how many pockets and the size and design of all of them. There are smaller pouches within the larger ones that make it very easy to organize all of your things. I can't speak to the long-term durability of it yet but I can say that it has been exactly what I was looking for and I'm very happy with it it does seem to be built really well I guess time will tell on that though

I recently purchased the larger option of this backpack to replace a SwissGear one that I've had for years. It is significantly larger than prior backpacks I've had. I have a 17" laptop and it easily fits in the laptop pocket. I think it would fit a 20" laptop if there was such a thing! I commute on a motorcycle and have already experience some light rain and it has kept everything dry. We'll see how it does once I've experienced some heavier rain. I also just used it for some airline travel in place of a carryon suitcase. I was able to fit a pair of shoes, 3 outfits and a small toiletry bag in it on top of the laptop and other work things I normally keep in it. The shoulder straps are wider than the one that were on my SwissGear backpack. I was happy with my SwissGear backpack and almost purchased another one. However, the price and size of this one was attractive. We'll see how long this one lasts. I only have two complaints that are not super important. Several of the smaller pockets are difficult to get my hands in to the get things out. To be fair, I have above average sized hands. I saw this complaint in other reviews, so it is true, but didn't stop me from buying it. My only other complaint so far is that the organizer pocket for pens, markers , business cards, etc isn't designed the greatest. The individual spots for writing utensils are too short to be able to hook the clip part of them. Consequently, they sometimes end up falling out and down into the bottom of the backpack. Again, not a huge deal to me, but enough to give this 4 stars.

I originally purchased this for my gaming laptop and accessories. There was way more room than I needed but I just kinda went with it. Then I realized the backpack would make a better work backpack than the backpack I was currently using (I'm a teacher). There's more pockets, a better laptop pouch than my last backpack, I have far better organization, it still fits both my water bottles, it's more comfortable, and it's about a pound lighter. I didn't intend for this to be a work backpack but I'm so glad I bought it. The materials seem pretty solid and I think it'll last me for awhile. When it's time for another, I'll definitely be going with this again! Try it out, I don't think you'll be disappointed!

I've been using this laptop backpack for a few weeks and it has exceeded my expectations. It compares well with similar ones costing twice as much. It's roomy, versatile, and made with a higher quality than I was expecting for the price. Minor notes: I have not used it long enough to know how well the stitching will hold up, but I haven't noticed any stitching defects; I don't need the USB port, so I haven't tried that; I haven't evaluated the weather resistance, and I don't expect subjecting it to any trying conditions; I would have preferred a little more shoulder strap padding and perhaps a few more structured interior organization pockets; The red accents on the convenient accessory loops are understandable, but stand out more than I personally would like. All of those are minor, however, and don't diminish my rating. The materials are all intact, with no noticeable flaws and the zippers have been functioning well. Considering the price paid (under 35 USD at the time) I think it is a very good value.

I was looking for a budget backpack with room for textbooks and a laptop for some classes I am taking. This thing fit the bill. I really wasn't expecting it to feel so sturdy and well made. so far its held up really well to my daily use and kept my laptop safe. Its large enough to hold my laptop, a massive textbook, and a 4 inch binder with plenty of room to spare for other stuff. The straps are comfy and there are more pockets than I know what to do with.

Love this back pack. I needed one for vacay and this one was perfect. No problems at airport security (5 countries). It holds quite a bit. Comfortable. It is my go to for any overnight trip. Very happy with this purchase and the price at time of purchase. Recommend.

Love this back pack!! Since I purchased this I’ve been on several over seas business trips and this pack was perfect as my carry on. Fits under the seat in front of you with enough room to still stretch your feet. The separate pocket that opens up flat for your laptop at security was really handy. The one feature I thought I would never use, turned out to be my favourite. There is a clip on the inside of the front pocket that holds your keys. There is nothing worse than getting dropped off by the Park N Fly bus and not knowing exactly where your keys are. This feature has saved me on several occasions. The zipper pocket on the back is also very handy to keep your passport and wallet against your back so you don’t have to worry about pick pockets. Highly recommend this!!
