What the different between genius x10000 ,genius x limited and genius x luxe?

Don't order the limited. It's more expensive than the x10000, comes with only one head and a worse travel box. Between the three, the x10000 is the better deal.

Is the brush head considered soft?

As other have said the head of the head it is medium firmness. COSTCO, Sam's, and Amazon sell multi packs of OEM brushes, 8/9/10 brushes that I have found to be softer, lets say medium soft. Depending on the "Special Deal" at the time any ware from $29.95 to $49.95.

Are there any brush head’s that do not have holes in the neck of the brush? I realized the inside of the brush head has all sorts of black mold in it.

I have had an Oral B for over 24 years. They have always had holes. After brushing, I thoroughly wash off the hand set and brush head, remove the brush head, wash the spindle and flush out the brush head cavity. I then dry both pieces off and replace to the holder to finish air drying.
