Update: 01/14/2020Now that we’ve had the mat for a few weeks I thought it might be a good time to give some more thoughts. It’s size has really been a great factor in how more usable this is than the normally much smaller mats you see in stores. Our last mat was starting to peel and really show its wear after a couple of years, but I can see this lasting much longer...it’s just very solid. On that note, although it may not appear that thick, but it feels just right. It gives enough absorption, but we remains firm enough to give proper support. No problems with this moving around on our wood floor, either. We just leave it laying out all the time in our workout room, and don’t have to worry about damaging it without shoes or anything, it’s so durable. I can also add this company actually cares about ensuring it’s customers satisfaction. They’ve made sure I was more than happy with my mat, and it’s been much appreciated!Really high quality mat. Seems to be very durable though time will tell. It came rolled and not folded, so there are no creases. My wife really loves the mat, so that’s what really matters, lol. A plus is that it looks really good in the workout room! Will post pics soon. So sad, I highly recommend this mat.

This mat is exactly what I was hoping for when I purchased based on other user reviews. I am completely satisfied with the product. I’ve made a small gym in the garage and this mat is perfect for the various exercise I need it for from mountain climbers to planks to an work. Because the garage floor is hard and I’m a little older I also use a yoga mat to give me a little more support for certain exercises. This is a great product and exactly what is advertised.

This is a very strong, durable mat. The size is perfect for my hubs weight lifting bench. It offers cushion to save the flooring when he drops a weight down too hard. The company is very informative and gets back to you with answers right away. I recommend this mat for not only if you do yoga but also for under any of your exercise equipment.

This mat is exactly what I wanted, something I could put down on our hardwood floors that would *stay there* and not slip and slide during my workout. It has a nice, non-slip workout surface, and it's lightweight enough that taking it out and putting it away is not an issue. If you have hardwood or laminate floors, this is the workout mat you need.

I could not wait to unbox this product. I love how it come neatly rolled with Velcro straps to easily reroll and store the mat. Its nice and large so you can do your cardio moves without having to make smaller steps. I used my mat on my tile floor and it took the sting out of jumping. I did crunches laying down and it had a good feeling under my back. This mat is awesome. It sure beats having to constantly move around on my small yoga mat!

I bought this to use as a VR mat since it was only five bucks more than the large circle VR mats they sell and you get a larger play space. I love this mat. It's a lot heavier than I expected which is great as it keeps the mat in place (even on carpet). The thickness is just right too for sensing when your feet are on the mat compared to the carpet so you can easily figure out where you are. Kinda wish I made this investment earlier before I took a couch to the shins.

This purple is beautiful and the mat is a size large cardio. My room not the biggest but big enough for me to have my own personal workout area. It really stay put and to me that is key to doing my beachbody workouts its also Soft on the feet

I used my mat for the first time today and for the most part I liked it. It was a nice size for my workout and it’s quite comfortable to kneel on. The mat has a strong chemical smell that I hope will fade quickly, but the thing I liked the least was how easily it scuffed, as you can see from the photo. All I did was move my shoe across the mat and it scratched and there were a bunch more after my workout. It makes me wonder how long the mat will hold up. Also, the instructions say not to leave it in sunlight and that it’s recommended to roll the mat up and store it in it’s bag or somewhere dark. I was hoping to leave it out all the time but it seems that I shouldn’t. Hopefully this purchase wasn’t a waste of my money...time will tell.
