First, when I was handed the package, I thought it felt lighter than what I expected ands I hoped I had received the right problem. When I opened the package, though, the bowls were as stated. l found deep blue color very pretty and also find the shape very appealing. They are beautiful bowls. They feel good in your hands and are well made and durable. I'm somewhat clumsy and I hit the side of sink with 2 of them when I cleaning them. They were fine and I think they are one of those products that feels light but is made of a durable material. If you are someone who is focused on size and wants a large bowl, please be advised that these are not particularly large. They are medium sized bowls that are just slightly larger than a big cereal bowl. This is exactly what I wanted and I am very happy with them. I found a lot of larger bowls when shopping around and I decided that I would rather err on the side of small than have a very large bowl. And, once again, they are beautiful. The "wave" nature of the bowl's top looks great and the picture on Amazon doesn't really do it justice. I think most people will be very happy with them.

I LOVE these bowls!! They are perfect for pasta or soup! The asymmetrical lip is very unique and stylish too. High quality porcelain is a good thickness, bowl is deep and can hold a lot.

This item, the 28-ounce bowl, is the upper right-hand bowl in the photo, which includes an 8 ounce stemless wine glass, a pint glass, and two different styles of flatware for scale. I bought these as part of a set to complement a white Sur La Table set that I can't get replacement pieces for. I got four each of coffee mugs, dinner plates, salad plates, 18 ounce bowls, and 28 ounce bowls, and they're exactly what I needed. They came very well boxed and there were no broken pieces. All the pieces fit well in my dishwasher, which is on the small side -- the plates are oblong, and I can easily put them in standing on the narrower end. The bowls are bulkier than a shallower bowl would be, but I love the shape and depth of these. They're also a bit wider and shallower than the others I have, and are easier to spoon pasta, soup, one-pot meals etc into. I'm very pleased with this set and am considering getting a second in another color.

Beautiful high quality bowls. Pretty large! I love how great they are for a brothy soup or rice bowls! I would say they are larger than the average bowl which is not what I originally had expected but that had more to do with me not mentally registering the dimensions listed which were accurate so it's not a flaw by any means. All in all- they are pristine, sturdy and super aesthetic so it was an easy decision to hold on to them.

I’m gonna give these four stars for right now because they feel a little lightweight compared to the porcelain bowls that I bought from target that are about 20 years old - those are the Target Home brand. I was looking to replace these older Target bowls because of my teenager has had some oopsies and I’m down to three :-(. The new bowls are a really good size so I think these will work for big salads and pasta. They are not quite white. They’re a little bit cream in color. I’m really looking for durability though because I would like these to last years. I photo’d aside my old bowl plus an oatmeal canister and a can of soup so you get a better idea of the dimensions cause when I ordered them, I looked at the ounces and dimensions, but I really wasn’t quite sure how big they would look or feel.

Like many porcelain products, some pieces have minor glaze dent imperfections. But in the grand scheme of things, these are mere beauty spots that don't detract from their overall appeal or functionality. For everyday use, they're more than up to the task. In essence, Sweese dishes blend contemporary design with remarkable durability. They're a perfect fit for anyone who values aesthetics without compromising on practicality. It's a love affair with quality dishware that's likely to last for years.

Moving into my new apartment, I wanted unique products just because I like standing out from others. But these bowls were stylish and nicely made. It doesn’t feel like cheap material of ceramic or anything, they seem like commercial/restaurant quality bowls. I’ve also purchased their plates and cups, they’re amazing! It’s all I have in drawer honestly. They’re easy to clean, very nice and glossy white, sturdy, they stack together well but these specific bowls you have to position them at a certain angle for it to sit flush with the same bowls. I’ve had these bowls for around 5-6 months now and they’re still in great condition! I’d recommend these bowls 100/10! I’m definitely looking into more of Sweese products and would like to continue to keep my drawer all Sweese!

Product is ok but size is smaller than specification. So returned this product.
