Urbix Industrial Bridge Kitchen Faucet with Side Sprayer in Brushed Gold, KPF-3125BG

My wife and I are delighted with our new kitchen faucet. It has that steam-punk feel my wife was looking for and looks great in our kitchen. I liked the fact that it was easy to install. I installed the last one, but this was much easier and came with all the tools and bits I needed with the exception of a faucet wrench. This tool helps you reach way under the sink to loosen the nuts hold the faucet in place. Once I had the old ones off, this faucet uses a slightly different system that allows you to hand tighten the nuts, then use screws to get it tight and secure. Clearly, someone put a lot of thought into this. One interesting thing we noticed is that when we are using hot water with the hand sprayer, it gets very hot. I guess that proof it is made of solid brass. As I say, we could not be happier.

You know you got a good faucet when your engineer friend notices it the first time he enters your kitchen. This is a robust, industrial-like faucet in function that also has great style for an ordinary kitchen. The flow is smooth and strong; the height easily accommodates large pots and bowls, and the sprayer attachment is heavier and more flexible than any I have used before. The only downside is that when the knobs are turned, you can't tell which one is on, so we sometimes try to turn the wrong one off before we remember which one we used. A small mark on the top of the handle would solve that issue.

Beautiful heavy duty faucet. But the sprayer I received at first was not insulated and burned my hands to the touch when running hot water through it. It also was shooting a burst of water from the sprayer even after it was no longer being used, maybe from the pressure of the main faucet. Kraus stands by their product though, and sent a replacement at no charge.

I love this faucet! It is absolutely stunning. My son installed it and was quick and easy! My only complaint would be with the sprayer nozzle. It gets very hot to the touch after just a minute! I’d buy it again!

Beautiful. Super easy to install. My husband was working sheep and we needed a new faucet bad. I did not have an issue and it was my first time to install a faucet. Definitely recommend!

For the amount of money I spent this faucet did not last even a week. Within a week of installation the cold water tap stopped closing - some part inside just broken down so quickly… I don’t trust this brand anymore

100 % forget the big box store stuff! this is amazing quality without a doubt, the side sprayer is so heavy it does not need the under counter weight to get the hose to slide back in, so no weight snags on things under the counter. VERY well made in every way. excellent choice very satisfied with this one for sure !

The faucet looks very nice however I have had to replace it 2 times. This was because the hot water knob is hard to turn especially after I’ve used the hot water for a period of time. When turning the hot water knob it develops increased friction. I was hopeful with the second replacement and at first worked very well and over time the same problem occurred.

Great look and easy to install, amazing color and very sturdy, yet after using the product for nearly 2 years.. the faucet started to drip every 2 seconds. A brand like Kraus should not do this and especially for a very expensive and high end product like this.

Where do I begin....First of Kraus has the best customer service. I'll give them that. But that's it. This faucet which I bought in black and red has been an utter nightmare. It chips has bubbled now and I'm very careful with it. More than anyone needs to be with a kitchen faucet. I'm actually quite particular and take good care of it and it still perks, bubbles and chips. It looks awful. Kraus sent me a new faucet in a stainless steel spot free finish and the entire set including the water filter faucet us stainless steel except the side sprayer. How dumb. Looks like a total after thought. I bought it on Amazon to see if it too was the wrong colour and yes in fact it's the same thing. So if you decide to buy the spot free stainless steel fyi the side sprayer is black and silver. Looks beyond dumb next to an entire set of stainless steel. Kraus has sent me multiple faucets for free and every time they send them they get damaged during delivery. They sent the sprayer in a bag. It's brass and heavy it looked like it got run over. They will do anything to make it better just doesn't seem to ever get better. Don't waste your money.
