I love this thing. It really does work. It not only makes me sweat around my waist, it provides great support! I notice a different when I wear it regularly and I like the way it feels. The size guide was accurate and the material is very durable. I like that it’s adjustable too for bloated days. I use it regularly and I’m glad I purchased it.

These thigh trimmers worked really well. I wear them when I go jogging the first day the left did slip a little but not too far down the thigh. The 2nd time I wore them they didn’t slip. Thighs were definitely sweaty when I took them off no real results in just yet but I will continue to wear them when I jog.

I am pleased with the thigh trimmers. I can wear them smoothly under my clothing.

Disclaimer: There are several reports and studies which suggest these type of body fat trimmers only really reduce water weight. Although their intention is to burn body fat, there isn’t really a way to target body fat for weight loss. The body burns only whats stored first: which means we would have to do a full body workout to see results of any kind. That being said— Actual Review: They’re good. Not ‘amazing.’ But they’re good for the job. They feel comfortable enough to wear while working out. I only use these for interval and cardio training, which is when they’re most effective. The idea is to retain heat, so I’ll always wear sweat pants over these. I can feel the heat almost immediately. However, make sure to tighten it enough so they don’t slip off during the workout. You’re gonna be sweating. These things on occasion creeped down my knees when doing plyometrics. Not sure if this is how all leg trimmers are like, but just be mindful. And conversely, don’t tighten it so hard that you can’t flex your muscles. The idea is that they’re firmly wrapped, they shouldn’t restrain you from movement. Also, they’re a little noisy when your thighs press against each other. But that’s to be expected, don’t be embarrassed. Overall, they’re good to have as supplementary to your fitness plan. Just remember they’re not ‘the’ solution. These things really only reduce water weight. Use these to layer up to induce additional heat. You still have to do full body workouts to see any kind of results.

Not very useful there’s no real way to secure them around your leg. The slide down while working out.

Finally found some that dont slip down. Had these on all day at work & during my workout. I've only been using for a month so hopefully they last and the velcro doesn't mess up

Hoping this will works as it give me all sweats on my thighs while having my gym classes

Great for cardio workout. Not sure if it’s helping to slim my legs but I’ll try anything :)
