These caffeine pills seem to be good quality from the other reviews. I noticed on these days I've taken these, I was more jittery and felt higher anxiety with my heart racing more during the day, so I haven't been taking them often because of that. I haven't observed a significant energy boost or improvement in concentration when taking these yet compared to other products I've tried, but I did end up feeling very fatigued and sleepy earlier in the day than normal a few hours after taking this; I'm guessing this was the "crash" from the caffeine. I might just be a little sensitive to caffeine though, so this product might still work for others. It's still too soon for me to tell how well it works for me, so I'll update this review after I've taken this product for a little longer! Update: 04/15/2020 My sibling has been taking these pills occasionally as well, and they seem to be working pretty well for him! I've increased my rating from 3 to 5 stars as these definitely do work, maybe better for some people than others. I think I personally just don't react well to caffeine, so I probably will only continue taking this on occasion when I really need it, but I will most likely re-order this in the future for my sibling. I do notice though that the jitteriness I do sometimes feel from taking these pills is definitely less than I would feel from drinking a cup of coffee, and these pills help with energy better than a cup of coffee would for me as well. I still definitely do feel a crash later in the day after taking this, as did my sibling, but I think it just depends on the person and the crash isn't that bad compared to drinking a cup of coffee. I like that these pills are very affordable and that these pills include Coconut MCT Oil and Organic MACA, since those sound like good ingredients from what I've read. This brand seems reliable and good quality with decent customer service so I definitely will be checking out their other products in the future.

Originally bought this for hubby because he was complaining about how he was so tired midday during work. Purchased because of great reviews. Also maca and MCT oil ingredients was a plus for me. Delivery was fast especially if you're a prime member. Packaged well an item was intact and no damage at all. I personally don't take any pills that try to keep me awake because normally uppers like this don't do anything for me. Drinking soda or coffee does nothing for me either. I can actually drink plenty of that and still go to sleep. The day this arrived I decided to test it out before giving it to hubby to see if it actually worked. Was feeling fatigued around 4 p.m. I only took one pill. A little over 30 minutes later I noticed my fatigue went away and I just had clean clear energy. I would say it lasted about until almost midnight. That's almost 8 hours of clean clear energy! I normally sleep around that time anyways, but if you're used to sleeping earlier be aware that you might want to take this in a good time. So you could still sleep at whatever time you normally do. I was surprised that it actually worked for me. I would definitely use this for myself on those days that I need a little pick-me-up. Haven't given it to hubby yet so I'll update this review when he tells me what he thinks. Besides the fact that this actually works and it has great ingredients, you also get a promo code to get a free bottle from the company itself. Major plus! Definitely would buy this again and recommended it.

I use Maca and MCT oil all the time! This is the first product I have seen combine it with caffeine. Most Maca powders I have used dont taste very good. So this softgel capsule was nice so no bad maca taste was present. I only give this a 4 star instead of 5 since I do not feel quite the energy boost Id normally get from 200mg of caffeine. But on the plus side I don't get any jitters or feel anxious with this product like i sometimes do using other 200mg caffeine products. Don't get me wrong, I do feel some energy from 1 softgel, I think its just more of a sustained release, maybe from the MCT oil buffering absorption of the caffeine, idk. Overall quality product tho!!

I have been eating a lot of carbs past 2-3 days and today I have been feeling sooooo low on energy, and I took 1 pill, within 30 minutes I could feel it, I am feeling more awake, and looooottttt of caffeine! Oohhh! Now I am feeling sweaty & weakness in my arms, and shaky, kinda tingly in my nerves in my palm, I can feel my nerves all over my body & on my face , and feeling dizzy. Too much energy for me I guess. My palms are sweaty a little bit. I don't like the feeling anymore, but this is my first experience ,just reciieved it in the mail, and took one capsule like 30 minutes ago, I am feeling all this while in the bathroom, it made me go to bathroom like coffee does to me, but not like diarrhea, which even just one cup coffee does to me. I am not a regular coffee or tea or any beverage drinker, I like to drink lot of plain water. I haven't had any kind of caffeine today at all. I feel bit relaxed now (after 5-10 mins), those 10 minutes were intense I will update later after I try couple more times. Oh ya, it was hot today when the package was delivered and the capsules kinda stuck together as you can see in the video and picture. So DON'T keep it in hot direct sunlight or hot temperatures. I like their brain support supplements. Update after around 24 hours: felt twitching my right palm all night, i will try again with L-theanine and update

The reviews sold me on this, I needed something to help me focus because my ADD is off the chain I also go to school online and it is very hard to focus my mind on the task at hand I am prescribed adderall and it gives me that anxiety, sweaty feeling at first and I notice my mood after wards is aggressive so I wanted something natural. I took this and within 5 mins it started working, 0 anxiety or jitters and i have been focused every since. A review for moms out there! I’ve been using Smarter Vitamins Caffeine + L-Theanine for over a year now. I’m a mother of young kids, and had them later in life, The Caffeine+L-Theanine makes me feel like me! I can get through the day, exercise, and not be exhausted all day! So when I saw the Caffeine+Mecca pop up as a suggestion and it was three for $20, I decided to try it. I have been trying these every other day, alternating between the L-Theanine, and Meca, I will say I’ve always had a higher libido then most women since forever, but kids, aging, and a long marriage has made me more average, like the friends my age. Every persons body is different, but for me, I do notice the days I take the Meca I am like my younger libido self. I’ve only been taking it every other day for about a week now. I plan on trying to take it every day for one week to compare it to the L-Theanine, so I’m not sure if I will feel this every time I take Meca, or if over a long period of use, I will see an actual heightened state, or just regular. With both products I never need to take two pills at once, or two pills a day at all, like one in the morning, and one in the afternoon. One pill in the morning pulls me through the day. I will say I feel more energized with the L-Theanine, and higher libido with this Meca. The L-Theanine has no libido enhancing effect on me. I loved the Smarter Vitamins Caffeine+L-Theanine, that I was purchasing the three pack. As I mentioned above I purchased the three pack of the Meca because it was $10 less the the L-Theanine three pack, and I wanted to try to see if I had a little more energy with Meca. I am pleased with both! I constantly recommend this brand to my neighbors, friends, and colleagues. This is a fantastic brand, and I am thrilled they are on Amazon!

First off I want to start out by saying that I ordered these years ago around 2019 and they used to hit me within 30 minutes and just give me a good amount of energy to get my work done. Since ordering a new bottle recently, it is so obvious to me that the formula has changed drastically. To start with, it now takes exactly 5 hours to hit and 1 pill seems to hit very heavily all at once. I drink coffee regularly, and my body is used to caffeine. I decided to take one of these again today and didn’t feel anything and was exhausted throughout the day..that was until exactly 5 hours later when I got a burst of energy. I was incredibly chattery but that soon turned into my heart rate sky rocketing. I was struggling to breath for over an hour and a half and was attempting to do breathing exercises to get my incredibly high heart rate down (keep in mind I have absolutely no heart problems and am a young healthy person). At one point I honestly thought I was going to go into cardiac arrest. And there was nothing I could do b/c I was at home all alone and couldn’t even walk to get my phone from the other room as the second I would move or do anything that required energy, my heart rate would skyrocket even more. I was also feeling incredibly nauseous at the same time and ended up throwing up a lot, however the heart palpitations continued for an hour and a half. This was truly one of the scariest moments of my life. I’m writing this to hopefully serve as a warning to someone else potentially thinking of taking this; DO NOT! They have changed the formula and it is BEYOND DANGEROUS now

I initially LOVED this product because it seemed to give me quick, clean energy that lasted the majority of my day. After starting I noticed my anxiety levels were maybe slightly higher, but nothing serious. Then I started having mini “episodes” of dizziness and a racing heart. After a couple months of taking the supplement I had a MAJOR panic attack that left me in the ER. I stopped the supplement due to the caffeine and wanting to start from square one to see what may have contributed. After being ok for a week or so, I took the caffeine and maca supplement again to see how I’d be. That same day I had another panic attack and then another the following day. I’m a caffeine addict and was always a huge coffee drinker, and these supplements have still made my anxiety increase to this point. Now, if you have no anxiety I think you’ll be fine because I honestly LOVED these! But this is a warning to those who may be prone to anxiety and/or panic attacks, please just be aware that these can be very strong and have you experiencing more anxiety than normal. I’m giving 3 stars for this reason only. If it weren’t for my anxiety this would 100% be a 5 star product but I want to prevent anyone from experiencing worse symptoms like I have. Just be careful!
