Nordic Ware Extra Large Oven Crisping Baking Tray, with Rack, Silver

Tray is great for making everything from Prime Rib to crispy oven cooked bacon. I use this tray weekly and despite burned on mess from BBQ sauce it cleans up easily. I do wish my sink was bigger as this tray is HUGE.

Good doesn’t stick. Good quality it cooks both sides so there is no sogginess to the bottom. Easy clean up. No warping, I use oil spray so food doesn’t stick the pan . I love it. Wish I bought it sooner.

Love this especially for bacon or wings. I line the pan with parchment and put the grate over it. Put my bacon on and throw it in the oven. When you bake the bacon, it makes less mess in the oven than it does on top of the stove.

Looks good, and I am sure it will work fine. I am upset that they show that they make their products are made in the USA, when half of what I bought was made in China. I can understand made in USA from imported materials, but not Imported from China when your company claims made in USA. I would not have purchased at such a high price if I knew the truth!! I changed to 4 stars due to the fact that atleast the make the sheet in the USA and it does work great. I felt cheated that it wasn't mentioned that the rack was made in China, but hopefully they will change that.

Bought this primarily to handle large spatchcocked turkey for Thanksgiving and was not disappointed. The pan and the rack are huge, durable and high quality.

Quality pan. The rack fits in the pan making it stable. No spills and a easy clean.

The pan is so great for cooking bacon and chicken in the oven. I am so happy with this baking pan. Keeps the grease off your food. Cleans up really easy.

I'm not sure of what kind of non stick coating they used but it works beautifully. The bottom pan is the perfect size for a sheet of parchment or aluminum foil which means clean up is totally painless. It May cost a little more but trust me its worth it.

I can’t believe how impressed I am with this pan. I was super skeptical that this would actually be non stick as most pans are not. The rack is coated similar to those coated closet racks for pantries. I was shocked that nothing sticks to it and any food residue left sitting on top after cooking, just wipes away with a cloth. The pan is also finally big enough to cook large amounts of food on! I’m so sick of putting food on two small pans and rotating, never fully getting evenly cooked/browned/crisped food! Which brings me to my next point. The reason I bought this. For crisping food! I bought a new oven and it has an air fryer feature. Genius right?!? Goodbye multiple appliances! Bc the rack is a couple inches above the bottom of the pan, there is plenty of room for the air to circulate. Most times I don’t even need to flip my food! Not only that it has cut down the cooking time as well! Overall there are so many positives! Large cooking surface, super easy to clean, air circulates around the rack, almost eliminating the need for flipping food, decreased cooking time, rack doubles as a cooking rack, pan can be used exclusively on its own so you basically get 3 pans for the price of one. I honestly can’t even think of any negatives about this pan at all. Well worth the money and quick shipping time.

Although it was wrapped in plastic, the top edges of the tray look like they have been dragged across a rough surface causing the metal coating to be rubbed off. Have not used yet but have taken pictures just in case the pan starts to rust.

I've only used this pan 3 times but I am absolutely obsessed so far. I honestly think this is the pan I've been searching my whole life for. It's the pan of my dreams. It is truly non-stick. I love it so much, I am definitely converted to Nordicware now. I'll be buying everything in their collection.
