Ayurveda Neem leaf tablets 120 in a bottle. Recommended dosing is 1-2 tabs twice daily for best benefits. I researched these and found they are prized for their antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties. As with everything, pay attention to your body and tolerance. The tabs are dark green, easy to swallow, but have a sharp bitter smell. Thankfully, I didn't taste this with swallowing the tabs. Researched potential side effects are mostly GI related with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea if taken too quickly and in excessive amounts.
