Good sturdy quality and easy to install at my front door to stop my puppy from getting out

Very nice unit which was very easy to install, looks good as well. It allowed us to leave the front door open during the hot weather, also installed a Tapo motion detector along with a Tapo smart remote button which sends an alarm via a Tapo smart hub as security.

Great item easy to install I bought this for my rescue dog who can be a bit nippy it's a great size value for money it even has an extra piece to make it higher should You need it sturdy I would highly recommend

Nice looking gate brought because I needed a higher gate. It does feel a little bit flimsy compared to my other gates but so far does the job of keeping my large breed dog away from the front door

Very pleased with this,as long as you really carefully read the instructions you'll be ok putting it together, I'm a soppy girl and I assembled it by myself { eventually!!} Great height if your tall like me,5"8 ,so no bending. I haven't used the things on the wall,just the tension and it's sturdy enough for us with dogs. For safety with children I would probably make it more secure to the wall.

Easy to install, good quality and finish. It has a clean aesthetic that I like, and being black doesn't make the house look strange.

Broke after 3 months of use. It is easy to push the frame out if on glossy paint.

I have had dogs for years and my wife owned a groom shop so I have experience with trying to keep dogs in or out. This gate does the job. It was very easy to assemble and install (but keep in mind that I have dealt with pet gates for years). Based on how its constructed, its pretty much fool proof when putting it inside the door frame. It has a "stopper" tab on both sides of the gate so you can install it to swing in either direction which I thought was pretty smart. If I could give it a 4 1/2 stars, thats probably where it truly ranks for me because of 2 things. The handle/locking mechanism is a bit wonky. "Unlocking" the gate using the top handle mechanism takes some dexterity and concentration. There are two different things that have to be done at the same time to get the gate lock to open - one is like a trigger on the underside of the handle and the other is a sliding piece on the top. It doesnt take two hands to open, but it isnt all that easy with just one hand if you are not in the right position - its just weird and a bit of a pain. The second thing is the height. I bought the 36 inch gate which is what I needed, but that puts the gate almost exactly at the height of the door handle. The door still closes but I have to somewhat work it closed to get the handle to clear the gate and then work it back to open the door. If door handles are all at a standard height in homes, this could be an issue for some if they want to close the door. Overall, I do love the gate, its exactly what I needed. It looks great, its sturdy, and even better, the dog can now see down the hallway. I feel that it safely closes and secures so he doesnt have the run of the house if I'm gone. For the price, I havent found anything better and highly recommend!
