I’m very satisfied with this mold - it helps me save time. I didn’t get it right the first time, but after the second try, I learned how to use it. I prepared the dough using the following recipe: – 450 g of flour – 180 ml of water – 30 ml of oil – 2 eggs – salt Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes. Dust the surface with flour and roll out two layers of dough. To make it easier to remove the dough from the mold, I also dust the mold with flour. Place the first layer of dough onto the floured mold, add the filling (I used ground meat), and gently press the meat into the holes. Cover with the second layer of dough and roll over it with a rolling pin. Turn the mold over and remove the finished product.

I really liked this product. It’s easy to use and is much much faster then folding by hand. I love it and use it all the time. Definitely worth the investment

I want to start by saying this arrived already used and dirty. They clearly got this returned from someone and didn't bother cleaning it before shipping to me. This alone, during a pandemic, does not allow it to be rated higher than one star for me. That aside, not the worst piece of plastic I've had in my kitchen. After thoroughly cleaning it, my first batch of dumplings turned out well. Liberal amounts of flour were used to coat it before laying out the dough, but I actually tapped the mold on the counter to knock loose extra flour and it did great after that. Once the first layer was down, I used a rolling pin to set it in place until I could just barely make out all the little hexes. I then filled them, and set the second sheet of dough over it. I expected a lot more pinching and recovering messed up dumplings, but most of them came out perfect from the mold after using the rolling pin. It's cheap, it's a niche product, but if you want to make lots of dumplings, this works.

Good one, but it’s plastic and very light

This mold makes very easy to prepare your raviolis at home, I prepare with the same dough a chocolate snacks, just use the oven at the end of process....

Not bad, but I cannot say that it’s good quality plastic. It works anyway. Not too big.

Lo utilice exceptico con bajas espectativas , pero me sorprendió. Ahora hago pelmeni tres veces por semana.
