Do not waste your money or time.
Product did not work from the moment it was hooked up. It was installed by a contractor. The instruction manual is difficult to understand as it is written by someone that English is a second language. Sent back and ordered a REAL coates heater and it works beautifully! This was and expensive imitation. Dont waste your time and especially your money!

IT NEVER WORKED, DOES NOT EVEN STARTS, AND IT WAS INSTALLED BY LICENSED ELECTRICIAN. THERE IS NO INFORMATION ABOUT HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM. NEED THIS INFO.

This heater didn't even last a year. Pain in the butt from the start. You can buy cheaper as well.
