So when battery does in 2 years can the warranty provide a new vacum every 2 years?

Mine isn’t a battery issue, but a error and tried to use the warranty today and they make it such a hassle to make it seem not worth it. They will send me a FedEx label, but I need to take it apart, but a FedEx box to fit it and ship it back and then WAIT 2-3 weeks for them to repair it and ship it back. This makes it worth looking into another mop in my opinion. $300 and it breaks in a year and then I have to take time and more money just to ship it back for them to repair it.

How does this compare to the Bissell cross wave?

Tineco is way better! I’ve had both, the cross wave always left my floors pretty wet, the Tineco leaves very little water & uses very little. My floors dry very fast with the Tineco (wood & tile). I do wish Tineco made a brush head that did a little better for scrubbing, but overall I would give the Tineco 4.9/5 stars vs cross wave 4/5 stars.

Can I vacuum without water as well?

Anyone have streak issue with this on luxury vinyl flooring?

I am having the same issue! I sent pics to the company and they are telling me they don’t see it. I’m going to return it and hope the S4 is a better option because I love how clean the floors are but they look awful with consistent streaks all throughout. You can actually see the line break in the roller, so that’s the issue, not the solution.
