Results better than expected.
After two weeks I have noticed a reduction in stomach bloat and I am sleeping better at night. I have dropped about 5 lbs. looking forward to seeing how the 90 day results play out.

High quality DIM supplement
This DIM supplement does not make me sick! I have tried another DIM supplement and it made me bloated and nauseous. The capsules are completely filled and has no aftertaste. Love that this product is made in the United States

DIM is a Must
I follow Dr. Berg and all the other Keto Gurus. I started taking DIM last year, and it helped regulate my estrogen levels, mood, excessive facial growth, and more. I decided to try the Herbtonics brand because it was reasonable, and you get 90 days supply versus 30 days with better ingredients. I am still taking it, and so far, everything seems to be good. I will update you if there any issues with the product.

Great supplement for menopause support
have only begun taking it 20 days ago. I am beginning to notice a reduction in belly bloat and better sleep. I have also felt a little more energy during the day and more ready to go to sleep at a reasonable time.

Quality Dim
Very happy with this Dim product. I can be sensitive to acid reflux from supplements but I did not have that problem with this brand. Very happy with the quality of the product.
