I read the reviews and thought, well I'll give it a try! £9.60. Seems to go a long way, as it's very watery/liquid. The first 2 nights I slept much better. I spritzed my face as well as my pillow. I dropped off quicker than usual. The combination of the scents have worked for me and I don't believe in coincidences... so I'd say its helped me. I look forward to trying it again in the future. Gave 5/5 on all the stars. I see they've brought out a newer version at full price another version soon, I do hope it works as well, I'll see what the reviews say, restock once this bottle runs out. Recommended.

I love this. Does it actually help me to sleep? That’s really hard to say as there are so many other factors that can impact sleep. All I can say for certain is that I love the smell of this, it makes me feel relaxed and very happy to be in bed. Since smell is so subjective I can imagine that not everyone will love it as I do, but when this runs out I’ll definitely buy more. I bought another similar product at the same time but much prefer this one.

Have tried a few different lavender mists, the scent is ok, nice to use on fresh bedding.

This sleep spray has a really nice scent to it that is somewhat soothing, but don’t expect any miracles if you struggle to sleep! Personally I found this not to have any real impact on my sleep.

Having a 4 month old I didn't want to use any kind of hefty aid to sleep all night as I have to do night feeds but after trying this it helps me get to sleep faster and stay asleep longer between feeds but still be able to sleep light enough to hear my little one if needed. I will likely still use it after we have finished night feeds as I have always struggled with shutting my mind off and falling asleep so it will be interesting to see if it works for a full night.

I bought this for my mum who has trouble sleeping. I want too sure at first . I've seen lots of different sprays on the market, some cheaper, some really expensive. This one seemed reasonably priced so I decided to give it a go. Thank goodness I did, my mum loves it! She has never slept better, or longer. I have since bought my second bottle for her. I don't know if the spray helps or if it's the psychological effect and I don't really care. It works and my mum us much happier, so I highly recommend this product. It works!

Was bought this as a present a few years ago and have continued to purchase it myself. Pleasant to use and does seem to work. However, one box was very tatty and had obviously been opened- the little top that protects the spray nozzle was missing. As it is for me, that will be OK but I would not be prepared to give it as a gift.
