511 Impregnator Advanced Penetrating Sealer for Countertops, Stone, Tile & Grout, Pint

This product is super easy to use and results are really good. The odor is not bad as reported by some no more than most cleaners. Would recommend.

This product works very well. As you would expect there is a strong smell so wear a mask and/or vent the area well. The first coat penetration was good. The second coat took less material and did not penetrate deeply. This showed that the first coat was working properly. After drying for 36 hours I tested it with water. The water beaded well. Product said it is good for 20 years but will regularly cleaning of our shower I found it better to reapply after a year.

The sealer itself is great. It applied quickly and easily with a pump sprayer and absorbed into my bluestone without any need to wipe or roll out excess. It did not leave a haze on the stone, as the instructions warned might happen. We've had a couple of rains since and it seems to repel the water well. My only comment, and it's an important one, is that the coverage is about 20% of that advertised. The quart-sized bottle is supposed to cover up to 1000 sq. ft. In fact, it covered only about 200 sq ft, even when I was careful to apply it lightly.

Bought this to reseal pebble tile in our shower. It was easy to apply and works great! A bonus, the shower floor is no longer slippery. Not only applied to floor tile but the wall tile, bench tile and grout.

Used this on a newly installed shower. I used a quality paint brush to apply. Goes on easy.Has a smell but not overwhelming and disappears after it drys completely. I put three coats letting each dry before applying another . Slightly darkened the grout wile applied but lightens as it drys completely beads water well. I would recommend this product.

So, I got this in mail for some reason rather than a normal Amazon delivery. The product had leaked - about 1/3 of the bottle was empty and the box was reeked of evaporated product. The leak happened at the cap. I jumped through a bunch of hoops in the Amazon return process and got a full refund without having to return the 2/3 full messy bottle. But, since I had 2/3 bottle, I proceeded to use it on my counter. It seems to have done a really nice job. Hard to really tell since I just applied it, but it seems good. It does smell like paint thinner or something, but based on the product warnings I was expecting much worse. I opened some windows and it was fine.

I just got done using this on my granite countertops and it is amazing. It looks like a mirror finish. Very easy to use and didn’t take any time at all.

My granite kitchen countertops were absorbing liquids and becoming stained sometimes. They have become 100% waterproof after using this product.

It's very effective. Note though that its quite a small container, holds 1 pint. I'm buying another as I think it will work better after 2 coats.

A very Good Product. The seller also has given good support. Used in on sand stone tiles in the garden.
