Cannot seem to get rocker arms close enough to set gap on 100cc upgrade. Valves are noticeably shorter than stock. Whats wrong?

Wrong size head, A9 cams are for the gy-6 139qmb 50cc- 100cc big bore kits. You may have the long valves and you need the 64mms length not 67-69mm

Will this help my 72kit tappets touch

Not sure what you mean by helping your rappers but this cam will make a bit of a difference in your performance by letting more air into the mix and better exhaust flow.

Will this work for 69mm valves?

It will work on any engine up to a 150cc then I believe it is a A-12 cam
