My go to
I always use caffeine gel while racing. (MTN/gravel bike) or on long rides. Works well. Cliff quit making gela so had to find another. These are closest to Cliff. No odd tastes, go down easily. Not too thin and not too thick. Taste is ok. Definitely doesn't taste like berries, bit none of them taste like what they say they are.

These are great for races
I use this GU gel for long runs and races. It’s really helps during races- take one 15 minutes before and then every 45 minutes into the race and it keeps my energy during the race. It is easy to consume, easy on the stomach, and tastes good.

Very effective, but thick substance
These gels definitely help maintain energy on runs/workouts. My one complaint is the thickness of the gel is really hard to get down for me personally. I don’t mind this flavor either, but will try another flavor after as this is not my favorite. Overall, very good gel!
