Great product, good service. Definitely recommend it. Now for people with more patience.... I got the Aimex D7 pressure washer during the Amazon sale in Oct 2020. To be honest, I had decided on buying the Starq W3A model after a good amount of research, but that model went out of stock 4 days before the sale and it never came back during the sale period. So had to restart the research at last minute and was surprised to find this new product with lot of positive reviews. Decided to take the jump of getting it. Ordered it along with JTP accessories like the foam canon, extender, 90 degree nozzle, multiple degree adapters (which are match with the universal adapter) and the AutoSpa 5Ltr foam concentrate. I had a 10A plug set up by the time the product had arrived. The plug of the washer showed 6A but it is better to have more. Delivery was on time with the accessories and shampoo coming in earlier. The package arrived with a very good packaging without any visible damages. Unboxing was easy. Instruction manual was available. Uploaded the warranty card with invoice details to their email id and WhatsApp number. Setup was quick. Had a bucket filled with water with the priming suction pipe inserted with the filter. Based on some YouTube videos on checking how water comes through each stage, ensured that water is sucked and pushed out without connecting the hose pipe. Once the water was seen, switched it off and connected the hose pipe without the gun to see if water comes out through the pipe. Water came out through the hose pipe as well. Switched off and then connected the gun. Water was spraying well when the gun was activated. But my joy was short lived. After working for a few seconds, the motor stopped. Disassembling and connecting it again, the motor would start and pressure rise all the way to max and switch off. Tried a different plug which was 25A plug, still it was same. Immediately called their customer care number. In WhatsApp sent him an initial video showing the problem. One person asked me to wait and said they would do a video call with me. Around 3 hours later they did a video call with me and asked me to connect the other side of the hose pipe, by peeling it backwards to ensure that its fully connected till it doesn't go in anymore and then screw it. Amazingly it worked, but again for a couple of seconds. [See attached video]. The video call seems to be done by someone working at the dispatch center (with a lot of cross talk) who showed me what to do. Another video call and troubleshooting revealed some white powder particles was coming out of the pipe. Using the provided pin to clean the nozzle and hose showed that something was stuck inside the pipe. I had ensured that the bucket was clean with clean water was used along with the filter, so not sure what blocked the pipe... was it me or was the blockage already there in the pipe, considering it just ran for some seconds. They kept the call asking me to clean the pipe and it will work. I tried all possible ways, poking with the pin, swapping both sides (the blocked thing moves and gets blocked at either end when the pressure water is pushed and the motor gets switched off). I even tried pouring some thinner into the pipe etc., so that whatever is blocking it gets diluted. But still it didn't help. With no hope and saddened with an dead investment reached out to them again (the messages aren't delivered instantly, takes a long time). They asked me to wait. To my joy at the end of the next day, they said they will send a new pipe. I asked them how I should return the old pipe and they said they would let me know. The new pipe arrived in another week. Tested it, worked great. Used it along with the accessories and the foam wash (as seen in many YouTube videos). Haven't returned the old pipe yet (they haven't asked for it yet). Tips: 1) Use a weight to weigh down the filter for the input pipe to ensure that it doesn't come up when the water amount reduces, which cuts of the washer. 2) Ensure continuous water inflow to the bucket. The water usage is fast and we may not notice the bucket emptying. Use a larger bucket. 3) Ensure too much of continuous usage is not done. Give breaks in between. Was get a heating smell if used for long. Could be because its new. Maybe using it in a well ventilated area is better. I haven't tested the limits though. 4) While storing it, screwing the hose pipe every time can cause the thread to wear out. Would recommend to leave it on. The other priming pipe is easy to remove. As promised, the washer was delivered on time, and you can trust Amazon for that. This is just an initial review after washing my Honda Amaze, Activa scooter, and cycle. Connecting the accessories is straightforward, although it does take some time and effort due to the weight of the pipe for the gun. Despite this, I am satisfied with the quality and build of the washer. Overall, it took me about 30 to 40 minutes to wash everything, since it was the first use, I avoided running the machine for too long and used only plain water without soap. I used medium-sized buckets to pump water and ended up using about 4 buckets. For a foam or soap wash, I think it will require 4 buckets just for the Honda Amaze. My car had been parked for over two weeks and had accumulated a lot of dust. I should have taken pictures. Overall, I'm happy with the washing results. This is still an initial review, and I'll post a long-term review later. Pros: Water pressure is excellent for domestic use. The washing gun's pipe is strong and durable, made with steel braiding. The pipe length is adequate to cover one side of a sedan with a 2-3 ft safe distance from the pressure washer. The build quality is impressive. Comes with a 6-month warranty. Offers a 7-day return and replacement policy. Sold by Shakti Tools, though it's unclear if it's the same company that also sells water pressure washers under the same brand. Cons: The 20V plug requires a larger socket, similar to an air conditioner, though I managed to use it with a standard socket and an extension box. The inlet pipe is standard. The tap connector is not included with the accessories. No foaming bottle is provided with the soap dispenser. The first oil replacement is needed after 20 hours of use, followed by replacements after 50 hours and then 100 hours. It weighs 14 kgs, which is heavy but understandable for a bigger motor and good build quality. The threading on the gun and extension is colored instead of brass, and the color started coming off after the first use, although this is not a major issue.

Product is good. I contacted customer care for a water leakage issue and the query was answered and resolved. Overall Good experience.

I purchased this product after one of my friend recommended it. Very easy to install, excellent pressure and very less noise compared to other high pressure washer. Hose is of good length and of very good quality. good. Pressure also good. Used for washing my car. Very easy. Cost effective and very efficient.

I recently purchased the Aimex D7 during the Amazon sale after seeing all the reviews. The packaging was neat. I looked at the installation video and it was very easy to install. I was contacted by the seller Shakti tools immediately after I bought the product for assistance. I tested the product on my car and it has exceeded my expectations. The pressure was really good. it was very easy to use. So far I am very happy with the product. Need to see how it performs in the long run.

Initial impressions after unboxing the product is really good. Good pressure, great accessories, silent(not quiet) operation, nice build quality and yeah the Brass accessories you notice in the product catalogue are aluminium build with brass coating. 🤣 Which again made me think of the claim they have made in product description of "100% copper motor"!! 😁 Though I only have run and tested the product for any kind of manufacturing defects, but didn't found any. but the only issue I found with the product which is really dangerous and life threatening, is the electric plug comes with this, which is of European standards(called "schuko") and not Indian. So, if such product is to be used with safety precautions, one has to assure that the product must having ground support which is missing or better I should say, not supported out of the box. Since I haven't notice anyone have posted a misshapen/threatening issue for this product. But we shouldn't just blindly start using this product on just Two Pin support. Look at the image I have shared, there is current flow notice on the motor body in tester. At this point if I want to resolve this issue, I need to buy an adapter plug which make it compatible to Indian electrical switch boards and fulfill the missing ground support requirement, will cost me atleast 400₹ at Amazon. Since every local vendor do not deal in such adapters because of low demand & supply, I couldn't find one in the local market. Or I need to buy a three pin socket, cut the wire and redo the connection, which again cost me warranty issues, if product will face any problems within the warranty period. Or I should just contact either Amazon or Manufacturers to return this product, because I don't want to use this on the assumptions that the electricity I notice, is not giving me shock right now while using it, so I should rest assure that it won't. because not only me but other family members will be going to use this too. Just one question to sellers/Manufacturers, When you know that your product market is of Indian consumers, why do you provide European standards of electrical plug with it and if you're importing the product then atleast provide an adapter plug with the product. why to make your consumer suffer for life or again buy additional parts missing with the product?

Machine didn't start for the first time also after unboxing. Ordered return through Amazon but no one came for return pickup. Return slot booked 3 times but no one came for pickup. Unless return is picked up I cannot get refund also to order again. Amazon should improve their return 3rd party agents. Amazon please take the return and process the refund.
