This product is a scam. All the nutritional values are incorrect. They even haven't mentioned the total sugar value, only added sugar is mentioned which is 0g. But its total sugar is way too high. It is very sweet so this product is definitely not for diabetes patients. Protein content is almost half of what they have mentioned. Don't waste your money in this product or this brand. Big Muscles is a huge scam, most of their products do not match their nutritional value.

Product arrived yesterday in good condition... but in morning i started to take it... i am Postiing photo of that... protein seems very frothy and thick... is this normal or not... bcoz previous proteins were not such thick and frothy.. Please share ur thoughts...

I’ve been using Big Muscle Gold Whey – Double Rich Chocolate for a few weeks, and I’m very satisfied with the results. So coming directly to the point, I have been using this protein for the last 20 days, started to notice effects right after 10-12 days. I think it's one of the best proteins in mixibility, taste, effect and digestibility. Mixibility: Awesome. I don't use shaker, but only a normal bottle. And after just 10secs of shaking, it becomes a uniform and thick milkshake without a single lump. Taste: Ordered the Caffe Latte, found it very tasty. Neither too sweet, nor very blend. The overall taste is perfect. Effect: As I already mentioned, felt it definitely. When I take it pre workout, I feel a very good increase in pump, strength and duration. Started doing more reps with increased load than before. Muscle repair is also good as I am feeling less pain afterwards and also for a lesser duration. In stamina, no change, as in cardio I am feeling no difference. Digestibility: As it contains isolate along with concentrate, the digestion is very good. I am a mild lactose intolerant and I got no bloating and no gas in this. The only thing is don't eat random things just before and after taking the protein. Now, the main point is why the opinions of the people vary that much. It's because in India, every second container is fake. I have got so many shades of colour before in each order even in the same type of protein. The entire chain of delivery is doubtful. I got lucky this time and got a genuine product. But the company is good I must say. I have used other products like MB and Asitis before, but this being a blend is better overall than at least the other concentrates below 2.5K. Definitely better than the other MB wheys except the Gold Whey and MB Whey Isolate which now costs around 3.5k.

It gets quiet easily dissolved. Comes in a good sturdy container and the taste is also good. But, it's too early to judge it's usage and content of protein.
