Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules 1390mg with Ginger, Papaya & Chamomile, 90 Ct

I have heard a lot about apple cider vinegar benefits and taking the vinegar was difficult for me, so i decided to try these apple cider vinegar pills. I’ve taken them for a month and have found them to be very easy to remember as part of my morning routine. They are easy to swallow and do not have a flavor so it makes it even easier to take. After taking these for a month, i felt it helped my stomach feel better and lower my appetite. I will be continuing to take these and look forward to the many health benefits it provides!

I am in love with these pills because they don’t have a taste and are great for my health. I cannot stomach having to drink straight apple vinegar in its liquid form due to the taste because it’s very tangy and unpleasant. Due to me focusing more on my health and looking for things that will help with digestion, I found these as a welcomed alternative. I don’t have as much bloating as I used to have and also a difference in my energy level. This really helped me in terms of helping me keep my weight level in check.

Nothing even came close to working until I tried these. A gal from my gallbladder removal FB group suggested ACV but she uses the liquid. I really have problems with the liquid but not because of the taste. I have a bad tremor in both of my hands and capsules are far easier to take. One thing I have to disagree with concerning another reviewer who stated these were hard to swallow (I have a swallowing problem which comes on out of the blue and tightens everything up in my throat; when that happens I just to have to wait for it to pass) -- I found these capsules pretty small and also although there wasn't a strong tastte for me it was a light and pleasant vinegar taste but then I like vinegar. However, it is extremely light. I Love the fact that it has so many soothing herbs to help one's gut like the chammomile and the ginger. These capsules contain the perfect blend to help one suffering from digestive disorders. Having said that I am dealing with several issues at once. I am in a camp of 20% of people after having gallbladder surgery who can never eat fried or fatty foods without having to pay for it. Althogh these capsules make it a little easier I can push my limits so I still have to watch what I eat. I also have irritable bowel syndrome and a history of diverticulitis . So, while these capsules are excellent for promoting one's over-all health I still need to take some prescription medicine when I get more severe abdominal cramping and diarrhea (sorry about that but just the facts) however taking these means I don't have to use the prescription medication as often which I like. As far as the weight loss I haven't seen any results but I don't exercise almost at all. In terms of the energy level -- I am on two different medications that promote sleep and I have both Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome so this does not take that away unfortunately but nothing is a panacea for everything except for one's faith of which fortunately I have an abundance. These capsules though are hands down much better at dealing with my cramping and gas than even Simethicone!

While I can tell they help with digestion, these pills upset my bowel a bit. You may need to lower the dose. In combination with digestive enzymes this may help restore some functionality to your stomach, especially helpful for the absorption of some important minerals like magnesium.

I didn't really notice a taste but i did notice a difference in the way i felt everyday. I would get a boost of energy about 7 to 15 minutes after I swallowed the capsel. I starting taking these at the same time I was on a very low calorie strict diet. These are the reason I successed on the diet so well. I lost 30 lbs in 3 months.

I gotta tell you, I have been struggling to find energy for a month. I live in the PNW and the weather can really be a drain sometimes. Over the past week I have been taking these and I have a TON more energy and have lost 3.5 lbs. I don't know if it's the increase in energy, or the pills. But either way, I feel great.
