Outstanding Book!
My 4 year old, shark-loving grandson ADORES this book! Instead it to him every day I babysit for him! Definitely recommend it. Not only is it done in fabulous Seuss rhyme, but it's highly educational AND fun! You won't be disappointed if you buy it!

A book to sink your teeth in to.
Dr. Seuss books are one our favorite bedtime stories, and we are so happy to have this Hark! A Shark!: All About Sharks book from the Cat in the Hat's Learning Library in our own personal library! Book is a well made hardcover the typical size of most Dr. Seuss hardcovers. It is a bit long for a bedtime story, but my 3 year old still seems to enjoy it. Gives lots of information about sharks, different kinds, parts of the shark etc... I love the fact that they are using the fun aspect of a rhyming book and incorporating knowledge in to it. These cat in the hat books are a must have for any child's library and the shark one is especially nice to sink your teeth in to. I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for an honest review. Thanks <3

The other reviewers are funny to me
The page that other reviewers seem stuck on, talking about fish fin soup, works just fine for my 4yo son who I am not interested in scaring. This book is a small bit more savage because it is about an animal that is actually a large bit more savage. We watched a shark eating a whale carcass on National Geographic and had no signs of nightmares at all. I just present the world as it is, not as I want him to respond.

Awesome
I had no idea Dr. Seuss wrote nonfiction books until I found this one. I’ve got a weird obsession with sharks and obviously had to have it. The storytelling is entertaining for little ones and I also learned things. Definitely recommend for anyone who likes sharks or rhyming.
