This product perfectly rejuvenated my old PS4 controller, making it better than new. First off: Applying the grips. Very easy with the diagram given inside package, plus looking at these pictures online. (Really glad they used a white controller for pictures, can see how it fits easily) But a total necessity to me is the optional step of HEATING with a HAIR DRYER! Just slightly heating this grip tape allows it to mold or curve over the surfaces of your controller. At first after applying, I had one or two wrinkles near outside seams. All gone after heating with hairdryer, as can be seen in the picture. On my black controllers, these fit well, and look great. I used the extra strips given to put on the underside in “hot areas” where there was obvious wear and places my fingers rested. This is a great addition. I also did not put the grip on the buttons, as it’s a personal preference to have those smooth, to be able to slide to other buttons simultaneously. But I did use it in the D pad and they are great. Lastly, these grips are a good balance I feel, between being grippy, but not too much. They are not harsh like sandpaper, but feel great in the hand. Definitely something you can use for hours without issues. Overall this did improve my most used controller, and made it better than new. In fact I’d go as far to say as I’d prefer them to come this way! I’ve got two other brand new controllers, but seldom used. This was perfect. Highly recommend this product, and this will be a standard for my gaming controllers from now on.

A little tricky to apply but the grip is good and has a nice texture. Overall solid grip, and offers a solid gameplay experience.

This is a good alternative for those that feels the controller is too slippery, and use the back button attachment. Which unfortunately prevents you from using any silicone grips. PROS : Easily fixes grip issues. Good adhesive, though it requires a use of a heat gun to really make it stick properly without the dreaded creases on the curved areas. Compatible with the Sony back button attachment. Includes two extra cut outs for the directional button and circle buttons. As well as six other extra pieces (I used two of the long ones to cover the blinding led bar, two small ones for the touchpad corners, and snipped a piece from the long narrow ones for the share and options button) CONS : Doesn't include thumb stick vynil as shown in the images, pretty sure they could've just made the two extra rectangles as circles for the thumb sticks. Rather pricey for what it is. Idiots that do not read instructions will probably think there is only two stickers, since it's hard you see the cutouts... Overall, I'm just happy I found something I can use with the back button attachment, I'm sad that I can't use my comfy silicone grips with the back button attachment, but this is the best alternative I've found so far.

I decided to order a second one I liked the first so much. There is just enough texture to enhance grip even when your hands get a little sweaty. The actual grip is pretty thin, so the Sony back button attachment slips in just fine. Fitment is near perfect (actually better than the KontrolFreek grip). After using a hairdryer, the grip smooths out perfectly. If you're looking for something extremely tacky, a silicone grip might be a better option.

Dragon skins where horrible, Not Only where they hard to install but then they came with a baby corny sticker, They made the controller feel excessively big in your hand and hard to play!! I ended up pilling them off after just a few days and all the little pieces that they give you end up sliding off anyways!!! I even cleaned the controller and heated them on with a lighter and they still Slid around during game play!!! Just horrible!! I found these really cool suede grips by HYATCHI on Etsy They ended up to be perfect!!!🙌 exactly what I was looking for the controller feels natural and soft I'm in love with Hyatchi there so easy to install you can pill them back up and adjust them, there solid and don't slide around at all, there amazing And completely got rid of my sweaty hands Best $13 I've ever spent!!!!!!

This is the best DualSense controller grip you will find. It’s the perfect amount of thickness, it’s definitely thin, but in the good sense. The worst thing about buying any ordinary controller grip is how thick it makes the controller. The installment was definitely quite the challenge but if you’re good with your hands I’m sure you could do it yourself. They even have a video showing you how to install it. Of course you will need a heat gun or blow dryer, it’s what helps the adhesive grip to contour perfectly onto the curves of the controller. Another great thing about the grip (if you’re creative) is that there will be enough leftover scraps of grip that you could end up using for another controller! UPDATE: If you are someone that loves having pristine clicky buttons, I don’t really recommend using the button grips. I am so baffled since I removed the grips on the button area, because it felt like sandpaper. It left a MESS of adhesive resin on my controller. It’s ridiculous to the point where my square button has a piece of adhesive stuck in between the button and now I have a square button that has a delayed response time because when I press it, it sticks. I’ve tried alcohol and cotton swabs, nothing is fixing the problem. There is still so much of that stickiness on my controller. I wouldn’t even want to imagine what it’d be like if in the future I remove the main grip itself, it’d horrendous!
