Vegan Omega 3 Capsules – 750mg DHA and 300mg EPA per Daily Dose

Having taken flaxseed for some time under the impression that it was providing vegetarian/vegan omega three goodness, I did some reading and concluded that based on the latest evidence because of conversion problems, it’s more optimal to take this. Even though it’s vastly more expensive than flax it actually works out cheaper with far less capsules to take for the actual same ultimate benefit to health. I am not taking four-a-day though. I think for the majority of customers two-a-day would be in line with the studies on its cardiovascular and neurological benefits. Some people with certain health conditions may want to take more. This is the best value algae oil I’ve been able to find. They don’t taste of anything and they are tiny and easy to swallow. 😊

More able to think clearly and the algae based capsules are very palatable (I am a vegetarian who has never eaten fish or meat in my life who abhors the smell of them). I am relieved to have such a potent source of omega 3 without needing to resort to a fishy alternative. From what I have read, algae is where the fish get the omega 3 in the first place so it makes sense to get this particular nutrient directly from the original source.

I was excited to use the vegan version of Omega 3. Just like with fish oil, even vegan omega 3 is PUFA and unstable in warmer temperature. So please store it in a cool and dry place. Even the bottle indicates to store it under 20 deg. I am not happy with the way it smells. Once i put it in mouth and if I delay swallowing them, I get this weird fishy smell (i know its' the algae). I did not notice this with another vegan brand. I did have doubts that the oil might have gone rancid and hence the bad smell but customer care assured me that they take good measures and it should not be the case and also that they add vitamin e to counter oxidation. Well I cannot say much now, may be my version of product was not good and may be next order it would be ok, or, it can also be that the product is perfectly fine and it is only the smell that makes me feel like that.

Most always taken omega fish oil but since going vegan these are the best alternatives,,still a slight taste to them however nowhere near as bad as cod liver oil capsules.

These capsules smell and taste disgusting. They made me want to retch. Worse than taking actual cod liver. A really expensive waste of money. Had to bin them.

These vitamins were just what I was looking for, to me they are tasteless and easy to swallow. They’re expensive but it’s worth spending money on your health. Love that they’re vegan and have just ordered my 2nd order.

Arrived very quickly, extremely good quality product, and value for money as you get a huge supply so you don't have to worry about constantly running out. Wonderful and can't thank them enough for such a great product for us vegetarians or vegans. Highly recommend.
