Ladies, if your looking for legging that will make you sweat and compression? These are for you!! I'm 5'3 and 290lb. I carry weight in my stomach while having thick thighs and booty. I went by my measurements and ordered a size 4x. When taking them out of the package they look like they wont fit. Looks can be deceiving!!! You have to put one leg in then the other and work them up a little at a time because of the suction to your skin. You can pull these up like regular leggings. Think more like thick opaque tights is the best way I can describe how to put them on. Once you get them up to your booty and crotch, your really going to have to adjust to fit around your folds in between your legs and booty. They are comfortable and the compression is good makes you look smooth and tight!! I went and worked out and did squats, stair climbers and walked about 45 mins. And when I say I could feel the sweat running down my legs and when I took them off the sweat was pouring on the floor!! Im very happy with these and will be ordering 2 more in the Grey and Grey cameo!! My plus size ladies, these are for you!! The stretch is good while compressing at the same time!! Don't be scared get these!! You wont be disappointed!!

Work great and glad someonecsaid they run small. Wear 14-16 so got a 2 xl & they just fit, til I lose more with these leggings helping ! There was alot of sweat on my waist & leg after 1st workout so they do what they say they will!

Ok so... they dont come all the way to the ankles for a 5'7" 150 lb lady. Got m wish I got s. S would have fit better. They are more like long capris. But if you're wanting something that offers REAL compression... look no further! I had surgery which required compression on my upper thighs. These things were a GEM. DIDN'T MOVE AT ALL. I'm happy there but... Now ladies, first of all I gotta tell you, you can't just slide into these. If you've ever worn pantyhose, THAT'S HOW THEY GO ON. Squiggle squiggle squiggle, up each leg. Not easy but WORTH IT. HOWEVER They make you sweat big time, which I guess is what they're meant to do, there's a polyurethane plastic liner in them, but if you have to pee and then you want them on again.... get ready for the colllllddddd wettttt YUCKKKKKK climb, back up your legs and butt. Ew. Hey but that's why we bought them, right?? I only rated them 4 stars bc I expected a full length legging and as you can see from my photo, they're not. Everything else is great. Pretty pleased.

Great leggings. I haven’t noticed an odor to the leggings at. They are lightweight and easy to get on and off. I got them in the black color you can only see the sweat through if you’re looking really closely. They are really comfortable to wear. Easy to wash and clean. I wash with my other work out clothes seperately. I may have to size down so it fits the bottom of my calves a bit more snug but other than that I’m very satisfied.

Runs small

My old ones are mediums and still fit just old. (Different brand.) I've gained some weight so ordered large. These are thin and stiff. No give at all. And no way they're large. Cheap

I like that these do help you sweat so hopefully it would help you lose some weight. But, I would order up a size compared to what you wear in pants because I could not even pull up the pair I ordered at first that was my usual size pants I wear, the next size up worked just fine. You can wear them for exercising but you can also wear them for pants to wear out, which I have done.

Te lo súper recomiendo! Al querer ponértelo vas a sufrir! Yo lo que hice me puse un leggins y posteriormente el térmico! Te sube en un 2x3! Al hacer tu caminada sientes como te va escurriendo por tus tobillos el sudor! El leggins que llevas abajo te lo quitas empapado de sudor!

I live in Canada with canadian sizes. So I wanted sauna pants for my excercises I do at home to loose weight. I am 235lbs and so I wear xl pants and about 18-20 in pants. My belly part is bigger, my legs and butt are not that bad but they are missshapen. So you can picture my sizing and if you are like me then 4XL would fit just right. Lol it is really hard to see that number as 4xl when I wear also a bad number of XL but it is what it is when it comes to sizing of clothing from those countries. It fints well, feels very well and I am very excited in using it tomorrow when I excecise.
