The Always adult nappies have been a lifesaver during my postpartum recovery. I used these pants as a substitute for maternity pants to wear after my baby was born. I was expecting bleeding down below and to be uncomfortable. I was lucky enough that my tear was not too bad and my bleeding was also okay, but I still used these with a maternity pad in it. Because my bleeding wasn't bad and I had another pad in, I can't comment on absorbency, but if anyone is thinking about these postnatally I really recommend! It prevented any leaks of blood into my clothes, and it added an extra cushioning down there which was invaluable during those early days! It is comfortable around the waist. It also saved all my normal underwear from bad stains. Once most my bleeding settled, I used it on its own during the night and it did a good job.

I’m finding these much better than other brands/types I’ve tried. They fit really well and are less bulky in the padded part than some others. They are very soft on the skin and comfortable to wear. They look quite nice too. The only thing I don’t like is the fact they are heavily scented. I thought it was generally accepted that highly scented products around your delicate areas was a no-no. It’s not enough to stop me buying them but I wish they came in an unfragranced version, or with a more subtle and natural fragrance.

My wife has been trying various brands of pull-ups and likes these the best. They are comparatively slim-fitting and unobtrusive (although not nearly as sleek as the product picture would have us believe) and are very absorbent without becoming too uncomfortable. The pink colour is not too bad but the pattern printed onto the front is pretty shoddy - useful for telling back from front though. While I would rate them as 5*, the fact that they are delivered in a box which loudly announces its' contents to the world is embarrassing, unfeeling and unnecessary. Maybe Amazon can persuade the manufacturer to extend the discrete to the packaging, because this is obviously a point of concern among reviewers. I think I am being generous in deducting only 2* for this faux pas.

Angenehmes Tragegefühl [weich] und gute Saugleistung. Leider weiß man beim Anziehen erst mal nicht, wo vorne und hinten ist - aber das ist für mich kein Problem. Ich lege zusätzlich jeweils eine kleine dünne Binde ein. So kann ich ein Höschen mehrere Tage tragen. Die Höschen sehen recht hübsch aus [habe schwarz gewählt] und tragen unter Rock oder Hose nicht auf. Ich würde sie bei Bedarf wieder kaufen und empfehle sie hier gerne weiter.

I bought these after seeing a lot of other recommendations for their use in the postpartum period. These were much comfier to wear than the hospital-provided diapers. I also had a postpartum haemorrhage while wearing these and they were able to catch nearly all of the blood, saving our flooring. The smell isn't the best, but I didn't find it strong enough to prevent wearing these diapers.
