I've just finished my 1st order of this and placing my 2nd. I experienced no side effects at all with this product and do feel some relief with joint pain and mobility. It does dissolve fast and tasteless in hot liquids. I use a hazelnut creamer and this in my coffee and think it even adds an extra boldness that I enjoy. I have tried it in a cold Trevi drink mix and it changed the flavor of it for the worst so I didn't do that again. It is a little pricey but seems effective

Love this collagen-I mix it in my morning coffee. It adds a good taste to my coffee and mixes well. It also does not upset my stomach like some others I have tried. No side effects for me. I do wish it were a little more affordable-I have it in my subscribe and save which helps a little.

I took a violent fall down some concrete stairs onto concrete at a park. I started taking this and within 2 weeks my wrists were back. Then I stopped taking it and my wrists went back to how they were after the accident. I'm back taking it at a lower dose because hyaluronic acid doesn't always agree with me. I'm seeing people referencing the protein content. It's not the proteins in it that have healing benefits, it's the two peptides, fortigel and tendoforte. Google each one "fortigel studies results" and if you're feeling extra energetic read the actual studies and look at statistical inference results.

I really wanted this collagen to work for my strength building program because I find the science-based information in the book by this merchant very helpful. However, this particular collagen product has a distinct chemical taste that reminds me of the smell of diesel fuel. I found it hard to stomach and this made me suspect the source of the ingredients. Also, I took the suggested dose on two separate occasions and both times experienced a dizziness that made me feel unsafe. Update: While I don't plan to try this particular product again, the seller did honor their "Love-it-Or-Free" Guarantee, which gave me confidence in purchasing different products from them. So, I'm adding an extra Star for Five star Customer Service!

This product is simply exceptional -- it significantly reduced (indeed almost eliminated) hip and knee symptoms that I could not seem to shake off, even with physical therapy. It must be taken every single day in order to see results, which may take a few days to show up. I actually take less than the recommended dose, but it has helped tremendously. One thing I recommend is to add it to a warm beverage, such as coffee, because the heat helps it dissolve completely, whereas it does not dissolve as well in cold water and tends to clump. You will not notice any taste, at least I don't in my coffee. But otherwise it has been for me a game changer. I cannot guarantee you will experience the same results, as we are all different, but I personally can only recommend it.
