Make sure to read/follow recommended guidelines/Instructions properly before attempting to use, especially for the 1st time. Razor is effective but please make sure your face is clean and properly lubricated before use and take standard precautions to avoid chaffing before and after use bcuz even tho the blade is more forgiving than the average razor, it is still slightly sharp and can be just a little bit rough on the skin and beard, and can still cut you if you're too aggressive. Awesome product and company. I cut my own hair and product allows me cut closer with a bald fade. I would have give 5 stars but my first trimmer broke due to the vibration, even though they were well maintained and cared. However, the company lived up to their guarantee and I'm very satisfied. Surprised by how smooth this little guy works. It came charged, not sure how much battery it came with but I was able to complete a bald fade and line up so far. Very precise, if I could change anything it would be having a T shaped blade instead of square. As for the product as is - awesome tool. Buy it 100%

Was excited about my new trimmer. Went to shape up my beard, could not finish. Trimmer sounded funny, back of trimmer had broke. The base of what holds the moving blade broke. I would appreciate a new machine, trimmer cuts fine was jus upset i didnt get to finish my beard after first time use.

Nice trimmers, just not as sharp as I expected them to be. Delivery was very fast, very professional packaging. Light weight when holding and working on a client.

These trimmers work very well but the reason for the 4 stars is because I dont like the charging option. But overall this is a great trimmer. It is better than the buddha trimmer.
