I just recieved my order, however the dropper doesnt work? Sure youre meant to squeeze it to draw the serum but I cant squeeze the dropper??

Yes, squeeze the top of the dropper to suck the cream into it, and then obviously squeeze the nib of the dropper to release. Ots up to you if you want to return the faulty item. Personally, sometimes that's more hassle than it's worth. Or maybe you approach the principle matter. Depends on the urgency. Otherwise, you can just pour directly from the bottle into your hand, or cotton wool etc.
