Commercial Door Lever Lock - Heavy-Duty Locking Door Handle - Entrance/Keylock

Using in a retail store with lots of use. Works well and sales support was helpful getting another unit keyed alike to the first one.

I found this hand set equal too or better than all other major brands. Over the last 50 years I've used and installed them all. This unit replaced an existing 25 year old hand set "restaurant rear door". Referred to the instruction a couple of times; installation was easy with no problems. Another nice item is that the unit is manufactured in the USA

Bought this to replace an aging door lock in one of our commercial building doors. Went to a big box hardware first and what they have felt flimsy while labeled "commercial". I then compared products that were "Amazon choice" and settled for Lynn. First impression was great. Great finish, Good heft. Installation was easy. Tight levers with minimal wiggle. For some reason the the latch started slipping after a couple of months. I went to their website to ask for a latch replacement. Within a couple of hours, Brian Olson responded and offered a replacement. In the end I received a brand new lockset that I installed and now working smoothly.

Purchased this lever handle to replace worn out lever latch. After 4 months of use, the product is now starting to fail. In the description, it claims " ANSI/BHMA Certified A156.2 - Grade 2 (exceeds 400,000 cycles)" but in reality, it barely lasted less than 8,000 cycles (Sept~Dec, 80 working days @ around 100 actuations per day - Overestimate). The previous lever handle was in place since 2007 (when remodeled). I found a Stanley QCL130E619S4478S Grade 1 with 3 year factory warranty model on Grainger for $155. Don't waste your valuable time with this brand.

I have several commercial locations and have to replace locksets due to various reasons. Due to the current shortages all my other sources are a month or more out. So I took a chance on this item. I was not to happy when I opened the first box and it looked like a used unit. After checking, most everything I needed was there. It was a new unit but I think it was returned. So I opened my second unit and it was fine. They appear comparable to the Schlage locks I have been using. They do use the Schlage keys so you can rekey them if necessary. Installation was the same as Schlage and was no problem. They are heavy units and should stand up to heavy use in a commerical setting. I will be checking them over the next year.

Arrived perfectly and was exactly what I wanted. However, I didn't yet have the door it was to go onto and didn't give a second thought to the backset issue of either the lockset or the door. Door was 2 3/8" and lockset was 2 3/4". I emailed Lynn Hardware and Brian immediately responded and sent a retrofit the same day. I was so pleased and amazed. Next mistake on my part was to somehow lose the inside mounting plate during the construction project. Again, Brian dropped a replacement in the mail the same day. I can't say enough good things about Brian and Lynn Hardware.
