I was not really happy with this product - it was fresh and it was saw palmetto berries - as advertised. So I can't fault the manufacturer for that. (However the seller was ridiculously slow in getting it to me - over 2 weeks...Seriously?)But my main issue was that it was very difficult to consume. It's too chunky to put in capsules, and can't be ground down, and making tea is pointless since making tea (hot water extraction) isn't a way that the beneficial properties of this herb can be utilized as it needs to be ingested.What I ended up doing is mixing it into vegetable juice (I know, gross) but that was really the only way to ingest it, due to the taste and texture. Smoothies, juice, oatmeal, yogurt, etc., was not an option, because of the natural strong salty-strong-cheese smell and taste of the herb. Vegetable juice or tomato juice was really the only option. And I'm not really even sure how much my body even absorbed of it in this state. The pieces are really, really hard too - I was afraid I was going to crack a tooth if I bit down on any of them.Next time, I'll definitely get it powdered.

I was veey excited to tey this out and i received it with the bag damaged and the herbs spilled in the box. Not what i expected and not sure if safe to try.

This should taken off the market. Look up the side effects of Saw Palmetto. I can’t believe it. Bad herb. Or there could be heavy metals in it. Health effects disappeared in 24 hours
