These are by far the best way to ice a knee, ankle, elbow or wrist. Make sure to get the right size for the limb you're going to use it on (or buy one of each size, as I did). They don't stay cold for very long, but that's the price of convenience and mobility. Keep them in the freezer and you'll get 15 or 20 minutes out of them. If that's not enough, you'll need to buy more than one or go with something bulkier and less flexible.

This has been really helpful in soothing knee pain after working out. The sleeve gets quite cold after being left in the freezer for several hours, and the cold lasts long enough to sooth any aches in my knee. I'd definitely recommend giving this a try!

I really like this pack. I use it for my arm, in particular when my tendinitis flares up. It is soft, and flexible so I can still work with it on and not be tied down to one spot or unable to use my arm. The only issue is that there is a 1.5 inch gap that does not have the gel pack on it so I can't do the whole arm at one time. Nonetheless, I'd still recommend it.

Love these ice sleeves. Used for sprained ankle. My athletes love using these.

The material on the ice pack is soft. The ice pack is quite cold, but bearable, and fits well.

I really like this product but mine only stays cold for 5 min. I bought this because many reviewers said it stays cold for 30 min. I just don’t see how that could be. I like it enough to consider buying 2 more so I can ice for a full 15 min after a workout, but you're definitely not going to get a 30 minutes cool with just one.

I measured and bought the exact size based on instructions but it slides right down my leg - even with pants on!! Returning for next size smaller. BUT the reason they get five stars is the item feels SO GOOD and helps my knee so much. Trying to delay knee replacement. This may help make the wait possible.

Not as stated It is in 2 pieces of gel and lots of fabric. Is not 360 degree coverage.

Ordered this in India. The outer box does not look anything like the image so I wonder if its the same band. The product itself fits my elbow well and is flexible and snug but the coldness only stays for 5 to 8 minutes even after leaving it in the freezer for 24 hours. With 2 hours of freezer time it only stays cold for 2 to 3 minutes. Otherwise easy to use and fits very comfortably

With all the selection, I picked carefully and these knee icing cuffs are great! They are snug and efficient and the fabric is nice... Just be aware they do feel VERY cold...ie: like putting ice direct on skin - so stings a bit at first. It would have been nice if they'd put a double layer of the fabric on the inside so the heat transfer is not quite so rapid.

I have used this for cold therapy. I think the lowest temperature for get is not good enough for the cold therapy. Also, it get back to normal temperature within minutes. So I could not find it very useful for me.

I would give it 5 stars, but it only ices about 3/4 the circumference of the sleeve as the ice pack only fills about that much of the sleeve. Other than that, it's great.
