Immune system starts in your gut
Love this product! It mix’s smoothly and has no taste but your getting good fiber and some pre and probiotics. Once you know how all these things help you it’s a no brained.

Palatable but Delivery's slow
First Delivery was very slow took a month after order with a couple of delays. I ran out of product for a couple of weeks not cool! No explanation given. Signed up for auto ship and got second delivery only 2 weeks after the first so now schedule is messed up! I do like the fact it does not have any taste and is not grainy like Metamucil. Was recommended by my Nutritionist. Mixes well most of the time, once in awhile it gets little clumps not sure why, maybe there is a wet bottom to the glass?

Handy little packet
These handy little packets are perfect for trips because they have the right amount of fiber and it makes it so easy to use where ever you go. Stirs up well in and beverage.

Does have a test in water but it's mild
I don't care what anyone says, this stuff does have a taste. It is light and almost tastes a little yeasty or bready. It isn't a bad taste to me but if you are still expecting it to be tasteless in water, just know it isn't. It does dissolve clear in water and dissolve fairly quickly. I care for someone who is highly sensitive to the taste of things and would pick this out in a heartbeat, maybe even if it was added to food. I've only just started taking it so I can't speak to any improvement in digestion at this point.

This fiber powder is prebiotic and probiotic and is gentle on my digestive system. I highly recommend.

Gentle and efective. Use it every morning in my coffee. Dissolves has no grittiness and doesn’t change the texture or flavor of my coffee.
