Do both north woods and mountain spring contain soybean? How come it is not listed on the ingredients?

Hello. These products are made with Propylene Glycol. Our vegetable-derived propylene glycol can be sourced from coconut, soy, or palm kernel oil.

Does product come in plastic as in the photos, or in cylindrical, cardboard sleeves? The last time I ordered it, it was cardboard. Not a fan.
