Which is better the round or oval dryer? I bought the oval one but didn’t know about the round one

Depends on your hair length and curl desire. If you have chin or shorter length you'll want the round brush. The oval works best on shoulder length and below. Both work well with hair length between chin and shoulder; in this case, you'll choose the round for more defined curl, or the oval for more volume at the roots with less defined curl.

Does the Medium setting have the same air pressure as the high or cool?

I just turned on the three settings -- the high setting has more "motor" sound and seems to have more air pressure than the cool and medium -- the cool and medium "sounded" the same to me, less than the high, but not distinguished from each other.
