Q: Which one would be recommended for frizzy hair?

I would get the smoothing one. The coconut and argan would probably be best for taking frizz. If you have dry hair then the hydrating might work well too.

Q: There is a difference in reviews whether or not these products dry hair. Anyone with gray hair, please let me know if it moisturizers or drys

I have gray hair-this shampoo is rich and moisturizing. I beat up my poor hair with every heat tool known to mankind and this shampoo has made it shiny and soft. I even bought it for my daughter ( waist length bleached hair) and my best friend shoulder length dyed hair and they both love it
