Sunny Health Fitness Pro II Indoor Cycling Bike with Device Mount - SF-B1995

Loving this bike since day one! This was a purchase that was very necessary due to my last bike completely failing on me. Last bike was a cheaper low end brand and I’m so happy that I chose this one. I would closely compare this to a Schwann ic2, maybe even an ic3. I’ve trained on both bikes and I can happily say that this bike by Sunny Health ranks up there with them. Very quiet, very smooth, and breaking mechanism works instantly as it should. The flywheel weight is perfect for anyone that’s working on their fitness and training. When I’m grounded after a few turns, these legs definitely feel that work. :) The computer it comes with is very basic but has everything you pretty much need negative the cadence. There’s actually a cadence App you can get on your phone instead of buying a sensor and use that while riding. Your phone or tablet is secure in the slot and never moves while riding. The seat is very strong and holds up well. I find the seat to be just a tad bit uncomfortable but nothing so bad that I need to replace it. If you’re reading this and debating on which bike to get based on reliability, quality for price, affordability, then this is your bike. ;)

I’ve just assembled and taken for test ride, I’ll update this if anything changes. First this is about 4th item I’ve bought from Sunny. I’ve had no problems with any of them. I never had exercise equipment before because I thought out of my price reach, but this company always has a broad range of features and pricing which I appreciate. I’m not a gym person, love to workout spontaneously and on my own odd schedule, and it’s great to have equipment at home. Heads-up this is a very heavy piece of equipment. I’m used to moving boxes, furniture, overloaded golf bags, and other equipment solo but this was…substantial. Just getting it a few feet across my threshold took work so be prepared. I could not have managed to transport this from a local shipping service as I’ve often done. Highly suggest removing animals and children from space during assembly until bottom “stabilizer bars” (feet) are installed, as these must be bolted while equipment balances upright and if it fell over could do some damage. The instructions were in well written, understandable English (yes that matters), there were minimal parts. No problems. I did struggle to get right bike seat to pedal bottom height, but sliding seat backward a notch helped. Wish it was easier to adjust seat tilt (vs loosening and tightening nuts) but done and really affects comfort. That said, I just ordered a new padded bike seat. If you are used to this type of narrow hard seat (as it seems many cyclists are) you may be ok. Just a short trial ride got my heart rate up. Cool there’s a pulse sensor on handlebars, I don’t know how to make the monitor stop cycling through its many modes, but will try to figure out or maybe it’s not needed. Nice there’s a place to put your phone or tablet. Thumbs up so far.

I'm very happy with this bike. It's super sturdy and stable and rides very smooth. I purchased the belt drive model and it's very quiet (at low to moderate resistance). I have great workouts practically every day. Installation was easy -- maybe half an hour or a little longer. I skipped installing the computer and opted instead to rest my laptop on the handlebar (see photo) since I measure heartbeat and calories burned with my AppleWatch. I'm only giving it 4 stars for a couple of minor reasons: 1. the handle bar came with a small tear, and 2. the leather stops on the flywheel make an annoying screeching sound when I crank up the resistance.

I spent forever comparing stationary bikes on here. And the longer I spent, the more confused I was. It seemed like every model had a number of negative reviews. This one seemed like a good balance across price, reviews, and features, but I was still skittish to pull the trigger and buy it. So I'm happy to say that I'm really impressed with this bike so far. It feels solid, sturdy, and professional gym-grade. I like that it has wool brake pads - I was initially leaning towards magnetic resistance until some reviews convinced me that this wool-pad style offers stronger resistance, which is essential. (Just get a can of special silicone lubricant spray to help preserve the wool brake pads, like other reviewers and Q&A answers here mention. But don't buy that from Amazon - you can get it from your local hardware store much cheaper, in the $6-7 range. And if using this kind of lubricant sounds sketchy, Google it - you'll find that the manufacturer's website mentions it specifically.) But I'll admit that I don't use this as often or as intensely as others. I only use it maybe 2 times a week, and sometimes just for light activity while I'm watching TV. I'll try to update this review if I do encounter any issues or breakdowns in the future. Others complained about the seat. It's not terrible. It's not ultra plush or the most comfortable bike seat ever, but it's not a torture device either like some reviews made it out to be. And I really like the digital readout functionality. That's big for me, and makes it feel a lot more like a machine I'd find at a gym. The pulse sensors are a nice plus, too. My only complaints with the digital screen are that I can't figure out how to get it to stop cycling between readings (time, distance, etc.) I'd prefer it if it just stayed on whatever reading until I hit a button to advance to a different reading. I think that's how a lot of gym machines work. But it's been an eternity since I felt comfortable going to a gym so who knows if I'm misremembering. And I'm usually most interested in one specific reading at a time (like total time), instead of having to stare at the screen for a minute straight until it cycles around to the thing I'm interested in again. Also, the screen continues your timer from whenever you were on the bike last for some strange reason. It'd be better if it just defaulted to starting a new timer if you've been away from it for long enough, instead of requiring you to manually reset it. But these are all minor gripes. And in this price range, any digital readout is a plus. All things considered, I don't have any regrets about choosing this bike.

After falling in love with cycling at the gym, I’ve been looking for a bike to use at home. I found this, it had the features I wanted so even though it had no reviews at the time I bought it on a whim. I am 5’0, not very handy or strong. I was very worried about assembling this myself. The hardest part of assembly was getting this box into my house and down into the basement. The box is heavy, 105 lbs. Once it was down there, I was surprised at how well put together and easy assembly was. I had no real issues assembling it myself. I was impressed at how the instructions are very well thought out and clear. (There are walk throughs on YouTube for similar Sunny bikes if you do get stuck.) I have used it 3 times so far, on “difficult” recorded spin classes on my tablet. I use it at the lowest height settings. It’s very sturdy so far. I can stand and sit without feeling all all wobbly. I LOVE(!!!) that the monitor shows RPM, a feature many other bikes didn’t seem to have. My tablet fits perfectly, I don’t worry about it falling. My water is easy to grab while cycling. Belt drive is quiet so far and the resistance works well. The caged pedals fit my sneakers snug, I don’t have cycling shoes. The only two issues I have with it: I did notice the padding in the handlebars must have ripped during shipment. I was a bit upset when I saw that because I’m worried it will get worse and the padding will fall off. Also, the pulse hand monitors are very slow, each time I tried them I couldn’t wait for them to actually get up to my correct heart rate. This is not a big deal for me because I use a different device to check my heart rate but it’s something to consider if you don’t. All in all, I would suggest buying this bike. I plan on getting small weights. With the few personal mentioned add ons (weights, tablet), I feel I have a similar set up to those much more expensive bikes for a much more reasonable price. I’ll update if anything changes!

Great for what it is but will hurt your ass if you don't get another seat. Preferably one without a middle but that could just be me.

1/25/2021 REVIEW (post four rides) We went for the version with the belt, love it. This bike is built solid. The frame is amazing sturdy. Extremely easy to set up. Only one minor possible issue: in picture, the right peddle does not screw on right, tried multiple times. Peddle still feels sturdy and does not wiggle, so not enough for me to knock it down a star. (Also may upgrade to dual peddle with clip) Riding is smooth, really smooth. Tracker is great, does as it says. The iPad/phone holder is great but we wanting it out of the way for different positions during the ride. Brakes works amazing. Very easy to move as needed. Also easy to adjust to level the bike. The bike does have an extremely hard seat. Very easy fix, we added a seat cover. Honestly, on any kind of bike you should never judge based off of seat comfort, most easy thing to replace. Cup holder to me is useless. I drink A LOT when I ride and it is just too small for me. Need to lube up the resistance pad once you get it so you have a wider range of Resistance, my first ride I had easy, hard, very hard- no in between - was added lube went great. Found what type to use in the question and answer portion. Using with peloton app so got a bluetooth cadence (not necessary for it is on the tracker) so I could see it on my screen.

This bike is really a good value for the price. I will state that one right off the bat. I am not a high energy cyclist but wanted a bike that I could use for general exercise and also to do some at home spin classes. I have not gone back to the gym during the pandemic. This fits the bill. It is well built, heavy enough to sustain me throughout a class ( I am 5'7" and about 140). I can sit and stand on the bike with ease during a workout. The resistance is more than enough for me to get a good workout. It is quiet and was easy to assemble. It came extremely well packaged. No damage to the box or to the bike. I did buy a mat to place under the bike as I have LVP flooring in my exercise room and did not want to chance damaging the floor. There are a couple of things that I would like to change. The bike seat is not at all comfortable for me even with a gel seat applied on top. I will change out the seat for sure. Also the monitor although it works well, is difficult for me to read. It is small, not well lit and scrolls through the various parameters. I may upgrade that also. You can use this bike with cycling classes that you can find on line. I have only used this for about a week but am pleased so far.

Bought this for recovering from knee replacement surgery. It is extremely comfortable, easy to adjust positions and quiet! Assembly was a breeze. Can't wait to start increasing the tension to do some cardio work.

My first stationary bicycle. Wasn't sure I'd stick with it so didn't want to spend a lot on one of the fancier bikes but turned out to be just perfect. This guy is sturdy and I am not small. I prop up a tablet and follow along with online courses just fine. The tension is a guessing game and the wheel squeals at higher tensions but I am really quite happy with this and have been using it consistently for 7 months.

Actually, I’ve only used it twice so far. As long as it turns out to be durable with no glitches, the bike is perfect for my needs. The bike is exceptionally quiet and the adjustment knob for tension is easy to adjust as you are using it. Hopefully, it continues to function like it does now.

I am happy with the bike but it makes this sound shared in video which you can imagine is rather annoying. Trying to contact the seller to see if any tips can be given to stop the noise

One day it started a very annoying squeak after I moved it just a few inches. I oiled and tightened everything, but the annoying squeak seemed to just get worse. Read the troubleshooting guide and re-leveled the balancing feet. Squeaking stopped right away. :-)
