These cartridges did not work for me. I bought them for my brand new HP 8210 but it doesn't recognize them and it refused to use them. A complete waste of money, don't buy these.\ Update 09/27/20: Fastink customer support contacted me and sent me a working replacement. Excellent service and excellent product!

Tried multiple times to get the printer to accept the ink cartridges to no avail. There is ink in the cartridge I can hear it sloshing around but cannot get them to work. Don’t know if it effects the cartridge but at leas one of the cartridges is missing some of the plastic pieces. Ultimately a waste of money.

I had bought these inks a few months back and it said that they were compatible with the new upgrade. When my ink finally ran out, I tried to use them and for some reason the HP printer kept rejecting them. I contacted customer service and they suggested trying a few things and I tried and nothing worked. They then emailed me back and told me that they will send me the latest one that they have and it should work great. I just want to say that they provided outstanding customer service. They sent me a new set of updated ink cartridges so that the inks will now work on my HP. I will definitely buy from them again.

I bought the this for my printer and when the yellow ran out, it worked perfectly! There was a message that it wasn't an HP cartridge but it worked exactly as it should. This week it came time to change the magenta and cyan cartridges and neither one will work. The machine says to remove it and install correctly but there's only one way to install it. It's not worth the savings over HP if they don't work.

Should be compatible with HP Office Jet8715 but the black ink does not show up in the printer at all. The notice from the printer says that cartridge is empty and to replace with a new one. Not impressed.

Great value and alternative ink. For years, I’ve been spending so much on ink for my HP printer. Glad to come across this product. It produces the same quality print as the original HP ink.

I installed these cartridges in my HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 printer and got the immediate message that they are not authorized and re incompatible with this printer. Yet the claim in the Amazon writeup is that these cartridges have new, advanced chips that ensure compatibility with this printer. A waste of time! The manufacturer must have known of the incompatibility because the instructions that came with the cartridges say (exact quote) "if printer update happend "not accept" our ink cartridge, please do not worry, just contact us ,we will refund you."
