This is very helpful to me. I suffer from plantar fasciitis. I'm not saying the pain is entirely gone, but this definitely delays the pain onset. Recommended for people who are on their feet for the better part of the day.

Perfect for walking around the house barefoot. Have not found another option with a very thin flat sole but has arch support. when its colder it wrap them around a sock and still works perfect. I use the blue insert. It did hurt the first couple of weeks but now pain is gone and ankle foot pain is gone when wearing these. going to get a 2nd pair for wearing in shoes.

As someone with badly fallen arches, this provides great arch support and relieves pain when I am not able to wear arch support shoes. The fact that there are 2 levels of support is also great - and they're swappable according to individual needs.

Easy to use... carry with you if necessary.. gives the support as needed.

If you decide to use them, I suggest buying half a size up; otherwise, you may feel a bit cramped when putting the shoes on. P.S. I suggest keeping it in basket and buying it on sale.
