After 2 days one of the units changed channel and now remote control is unuseful as channels on both units are different. How do I sync them?

I don't think I understand your question, I don't see that phrase anywhere in the listing. The only thing shown in one picture, and mentioned several times in the listing, that is not included is the battery. It does not include batteries, but it does include all the hardware that is shown.

What diffusers fit this light?

They come with plastic diffusers, but I wanted more diffusion, so I cut off a couple of white pillow cases and slipped them over the lights; this works well.
