2019 MacBook Pro 13.3'' Core i5 2.4GHz 8GB RAM 512GB SSD MV972LL/A (Renewed)

I received this 1 day early. I plugged it to charge it. The screen went blank, and I could not figure out why it did that. The keyboard were lit, so it had power. I saw an online tutorial: I accidently turned the brightness to 0. Easily fixed. It works as advertised. I could not see any imperfections or damage of any kind. It is a very good value. The only negative (not a deal-breaker) the power charging brick is an off-brand unit. It still does the job, but for the money I saved off of a new MacBook Pro, I cannot complain to loudly about it.

I bought a MacBook Pro August 12th. Upon arrival I was pretty disappointed of the horrible esthetic conditions. Dents, scratches but most of all the letters/keyboard where all mismatched. At closer look I realized that some of the letters/buttons had been replaced or covered by stickers. By September 7th I contacted the seller because the letters on the computer were interim not working, especially the letter N stoped working all together! Also the computer was overheating immediately. The seller took 4 days to reply but then accepted my warranty and asked if instead of a refund I would accept a Replacement and they would extend the warranty to 1 Year. I did accept the Replacement with 1 year warranty and on September 16th they shipped me a new one. When the replacement Mac Book Pro arrived I was surprised of the dirty conditions it arrived in, literally had food residue in between the key boards. The computer did not have major cosmetic issues and seem to work well. Yes it overheats some but that is not unusual for an older laptop. On October 7th I contacted the Seller because the lap top was no longer charging. On October 9th I got a reply saying they were terribly sorry about the issues and I could return it for a full refund....strange they did not mention an exchange!! Additionally mentioning that no refund/exchange would happen until the device was cleared. At this point i could not clear my computer because it had totally run out of power and I felt uncomfortable to send it to them when all my private info is in the laptop!! I then decided to go to Apple for an assessment/ diagnostic test. Apple was able to turn the computer back on a and assessed that 3 out of the 4 charging ports had failed and to fix the problem it would cost $126.28 I did not have the repair done at Apple yet because I wanted to ask the seller to cover the cost of the repair. The seller does not want to cover the cost, the seller wants to VOID my Warranty completely because I went to APPLE !! Just clarifying that I went to APPLE to have a Diagnostic/Quote, not repair (yet) I requested to escalate the situation with the head of service from the seller and Amazon. THE SELLER HAS STOPPED REPLYING TO MY MESSAGES... Beware of this seller.

Awesome MacBook Pro! No issues with it and it’s like a brand new laptop! What’s even more awesome is the extended one year warranty!

This MacBook Pro is my BABY! If I was Sméagol, this would be the precious ring. I don’t go anywhere without it. The battery lasts for hours and the screen quality is amazing. I upgraded from a 2015 and I couldn’t be happier. I didn’t get one in the apple box but that’s more than fine. They packaged it in this bubble case that would have protected it from a drop on concrete. It was pristine and so clean when I unpackaged it that I refused to use it until I got the case on. Beautiful computer and minimal cycle counts on the battery. For a refurbished product this is excellent. Well worth the price! Only issue was that the charger they sent with it didn’t work but they sent a new one super quickly! Customer service is prompt and helpful.

I think I have had this computer for almost a month and I love it! I ordered one last year from a different company and it was terrible. The battery life just wouldn't stay alive for longer than 5 hours. However this one I love. For reference I go to school for 8 hours and when I get home it's at 40%, for a refurbished computer this is great. It had one dent on the side but it was very tiny you can't really see it. The only other thing I can think of is when I got my order the charger didn't work but I reached out to the company and the sent one right away and I got it the next day. I'm in love with my MacBook Pro and Im so glad this one worked out so far! The screen works amazing too! I've had no problems with it yet! If you're worried about the fanning of the computer; mines never had that problem :) Also I have a tip: if your computer is dying to quick, put it in low battery mode for the whole day, trust me it works! I would totally suggest buying this computer, it's worth every penny!!

Lemon. Device was listed as “Excellent Condition”. If it powered on, it stayed on for less than 30 seconds before completely shutting off. It would go to the black screen before the “press enter to restart”, after pressing enter it would load for 15-20 seconds, then cut off again. This continued in an endless loop. This happened plugged in or on battery power. There is also a “third party kernel” installed on the drive. Could not even attempt to remove it as it should have been wiped with the “like new Factory Restore” because the device would not stay on long enough to access. The physical condition of the device was fine aside from a few scuff marks, scratches, and lots of dust. Resolution: Return has been processed. Submitting review as fair warning to others seeking “Excellent Condition” devices that are not at all in excellent condition.

After reading some reviews I will say I became nervous but since we don’t really know what conditions people are selecting as they add items to the cart I decided to try it out. Best decision ever. It came priority overnight so that was amazing. I chose excellent condition and It looks as if it’s brand new. Charger worked great and set up has been quite easy. I am very pleased with this purchase. I do recommend.

Won’t update even when it pops up and says update now or later. I’ve tried 5 times. So I can barely use it or download apps. I don’t know if it’s too old and that’s why it won’t update or what.

Ordered and arrived quickly but that's it! Opened package as it arrived and tried to start it and nothing, plugged it in and after an hour it finally started up. Let it charge for an hour, unplugged it and it shut down immediately. Plugged it back in and it started, it was beyond slow, I could go on but it was a piece of $&?@ the battery was swollen, did not work and sent it back. They were good as far as the return and when it arrived they acknowledged the issue immediately but all in all Horrible I can jot believe they even shipped it!! Looked good when I opened it, but like the song by the Monks...nice face, shame about the legs!!

Tuve muchas dudas si comprar una MacBook reacondicionada debido a malos comentarios y buenos comentarios, encontraba que debías tener suerte para que te llegara un equipo en buenas condiciones, me arriesgué a comprarla y fue la mejor decisión que pude tomar, no se si fue por el vendedor que este caso fue directamente Amazon Estados Unidos pero la MacBook me llegó en excelentes condiciones, pareciera nueva, solamente cuenta con una abolladura en la parte trasera y algunos rayones que a simple vista no se ven visibles pero como la lo describen no se nota a más de 30 cm, la pantalla sin ningún rayón y todas teclas funcionando perfectamente, la batería tiene solamente 175 ciclos, el envío fue bastante rápido a México, tan solo 3 días.

La estética era de 9.5, se notaba unos golpes en el marco de la pantalla. No tenía rayones visibles. Tenía 810 núcleos de carga, prácticamente le duraba 40 minutos la batería. Se calentaba horrible. Para ser reacondicionada “excelente”, no tenía nada de excelente. De nada sirve que tenga buena estética si su funcionamiento es más que pésimo.

El producto llegó con algunos detalles de uso, lo cual es esperado en artículos reacondicionados, pero nada que afecte su funcionamiento o apariencia general. En términos de costo-beneficio, la inversión definitivamente valió la pena, ofreciendo un rendimiento excelente a un precio muy razonable. Para aquellos que buscan calidad a buen precio, recomiendo considerar esta opción.
