myID Medical ID Sleeve that Fits Apple Watch, Fitbit, Samsung Gear, Garmin and More

The previous brand Medical ID tag I had went from a free to a paid subscription so it became useless unless I wanted to pay for their service. Upon shopping for another brand, I found this one to replace my original Samsung Galaxy-4 watch band Medical ID tag. It is similar in that it has a QR Code to scan and slides on your watch band which was very easy to install. It is insignificant in additional weight and comfortable to wear. To use, a MEDIC or EMT would simply scan the QR Code on the reverse side of the Medical ID tag to get access to your pertinent information from a secure site.

This ID watch sleeve fit perfectly onto my I watch band and it did not bother me. The website made it easy to add my medical information. I downloaded the app and my information was available in the app too.

I like that it sits on my watch and I don't have to wear a separate bracelet. Important to have if you take medicine or have medical conditions. Very easy to register all your information. I didn't have to take the watchband apart and just slipped it on. It's snug enough that it won't slide off.

Love this item. Slips right on my Apple Watch band. QR code connected to a non-subscription document that you fill out (can copy and paste info from an already-created document) that has all the medical information you want to share. Document can be edit as information changes or needs to be updated. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Simple. Exclactly what I was looking for. Don’t like that it blends with a darker watch but overall does what it needs to and that is communicates information

Works a treat. Tested with some Ambulance officers and they recognise it and when they scanned the QR code it had all the information they needed.

We purchased this for our daughter. She isn’t one for wearing necklaces and bracelets all the time so this was just perfect for her. We are really impressed with this little watch tag, it fits perfectly on Apple Watch. Set up is amazing, lots of space for all medical conditions, prescription tablets etc. you can also put a photo of yourself on it, blood group etc. we were surprised that it holds information for 3 emergency contacts. I wanted to leave this review as not many people have left one. We were not sure if it was any good. So if you are unsure I would definitely recommend this 100%. Only downside was having to wait nearly two weeks for it to come.
