Perfect Solution for my problem
I have two Internet gateways from different ISPs - one for business and one for residential. I restart both at least once per month for security reasons. Occasionally, the one that controls my cameras, wireless light switches, thermostat, hubs for TV remotes, etc., loses the wireless connection, requiring it to be restarted. So, I have two situations where one or both gateways need to be reset regularly, requiring that I physically go to where they are in order to do that. The UIS-622B is the solution I was looking for. It has all the flexibility I need for controlling my gateways, automatically, on a schedule, or manually. Setup is very easy if you ignore the accompanying documentation, which is next to useless (and I'm a tech who's job is setting up and configuring this kind of stuff). One call to the support number and I got David, who gave me the quick start walk-thru and within 20 minutes or so I was up and running with updated firmware. The customer service David provided was excellent. The configuration for the power switch is very straightforward from there. The schedule supports up to 20 individual schedules - Once, Days, Weekly, or from 1-60 minutes on any or all outlets, or just reset. I'd like the ability to schedule bi-weekly, or monthly as well. Other than that, perfect!Update 2/24/20: This switch works so well that I bought a 2nd switch on 2/19 so that I could separate control of my two ISP gateways by their IP addresses. The first configuration with both gateways plugged into one switch was good for resetting both gateways based on the schedule, but could only monitor one router IP address for outage. The second switch provides individual control of the gateways. For outages. one switch controls the gateway and firewall on one network, and the other controls the other gateway on a different network. Both are still rebooted weekly for security. Still a five-star buy.

Good product and great Customer Support!
Update: The product itself seems to work because my devices can be accessed. But for some reason, both the cloud software on my computer and the phone app show "offline" and I can't connect to them.I hope others have better luck than me. I still appreciate all the efforts of the support staff who certainly tried to help.I needed this product for the WIFI security at my childhood home which I inherited. It's over 450 miles away and fairly frequent power outages keep knocking the Internet offline. I haven't gotten the unit down there yet but bought another one for my home here. It's working well. I mainly wanted to comment on their Customer Support. I'm no tech genius and had problems getting the device connected to the cloud service. I called 2 different times. Both times their support representative was very pleasant and helpful. The second one even waited patiently when I had to reboot my cranky laptop. After many lukewarm or bad experiences with other firms' "customer service", it was refreshing to talk to a real person instead of a machine and to get a courteous, knowledgeable one at that. Good work, 5Gstore. Other companies could learn from your example!

Bounces garbage ISP CPE Perfectly
I noticed when applying configuration to my router, that if the ethernet connection to the ISP's switch (yes, it's a managed switch) is dropped and reconnected that I have to bounce the ISP switch to regain connectivity. This happened after I configured a static IP for use with my IPsec tunnels. I became frustrated when the ISP effectively punted on my problem, so I decided to try this. Now when my router needs to drop and and reconnect, the ISP switch will be bounced by this device, so I have no fear of losing connectivity when modifying configuration remotely. The web interface is exactly what I want it to be: crude and effective. I appreciate the thoughtful configuration options and stupid simple UI, which could only be improved upon by implementing an SSH curses UI.

Great product but a rather unique and slow registration (EDITED)
(EDITED) I purchased this product with the intent to use it immediately, since I was leaving for an extended period. To my surprise I was unable to register the product immediately since the product was purchased on Amazon, and the supplier (5G) hadn't updated the purchase from Amazon. However, once I connected with technical support the next day, they did input my Amazon invoice number and allowed access to their support site. Seems silly to restrict support unless registered, but that't why only four stars. The product works well and has many powerful options. Once the product was "officially" registered. customer service was superb. Furthermore, if you register the product and then give it someone, in order for that someone to receive support they must know your user name and password. I just wonder why the supplier restricts access to FAQ support to only registered users.I do recommend this product over alternative choice due to the wide amount of options.

Works as directed - excellent support
I had a question and called support, someone answered and helped me through it. Fast and simple. I use this so I can manually reboot two machines in my office from my home office or when working in the field. It came through in the clutch twice so far and saved me hours of either driving down to my office or waiting for someone to help reboot in-person.

Lousy firmware - weak technical support
This device has lots of bells and whistles but its firmware is lousy and unreliable. Sometimes you can control the switch with a browser but it often fails. When I asked about why their API does not work, technical support responded to me that they will "ask their engineers". I never hear back from them again!!IP Power control is extremely important as it is often used to control remote equipment which is not easy to reach. For this reason, these devices need to be bullet-proof and not built by amateurs. For your peace of mind, stay away from them and pay a little bit more to Synaccess or others.
