I purchased these replacement parts for a second hand Littmann Cardiology IV stethoscope to begin my nursing career and I am very impressed with the results. The parts were easy to install and fit perfectly, making the restoration process quick and straightforward. Once installed, the stethoscope looked noticeably better and performed like new. The replacement ear tips and other components significantly improved both the comfort and functionality of the stethoscope. Sound quality was clear and crisp, with excellent acoustic performance that made it easier to hear heart, lung, and bowel sounds. The refreshed parts also gave the stethoscope a more secure and professional feel during use. If you have an older or pre-owned Littmann Cardiology IV, these replacement parts are a cost effective way to extend its life and restore it to near original condition. They made my stethoscope function like a new stethoscope out of the box. I am very happy with this purchase.

I bought these for a Littman cardiology 3 which is now discontinued. Even though they arent advertised to fit that specific model, they do fit perfectly.

Perfect replacement. You likely already know this but this kit comes with both large and small diaphragms for the Cardiology IV (and III + others as well), as well as 2 replacement ear pieces, and a "non-chill bell sleeve". My scope was missing the large diaphragm for some reason, and while I didn't mind using the small/peds side, it was of course best to fix it. The large diaphragm was as easy to put on my scope as pushing the cap on a ketchup bottle. The edges of the diaphragm are soft and simply slide over the edge of the bell. Takes all of 3 seconds. The appearance is exactly as the original, because it is an OEM replacement after all. Functional, perfect size, all is well in my work world now.

Grit your teeth and spend more than you should for a couple rubber o-rings and a piece of plastic, because they work exactly the way you want them to. I made the mistake of buying the knockoff brand for my Litman Cardiology III and it was hilariously awful. This is a case where OEM costs more because it works.
