We purchased this as a gift for our 11 year old granddaughter. She immediately dived in to the book and could not put it down. I'd say it was a winner.Great photographs and graphics in this book. If you have a young animal lover, they should enjoy this book.

Bought as a present. Love it. Contains a lot of very interesting information that I was unaware of -- did not know that elephants walked on their toes. Great little trivia books.

Very informative, tonnes of different varieties of animals with interesting information! Great book!!! My (honestly) smart 6 yr old daughter are very interested in this book and suitable to whoever interested in animals no matter what age range you are in.

I wasn't sure, when buying this book, but I went with the reviews, and yes, it is fabulous... something for everyone...a very easy dip-into book. But after reading a few pages to my nephews, I've been hounded, non-stop for more... Fabulous facts, great for all ages, boys & girls.... I'm a 48 year old 'girl'... and I love it too.

This is for a gift for a young girl but glancing through it as an adult it has many fascinating facts so I may read it first before gifting it!
