What I Liked: We’ve been using the PetSafe litter box system for years and have tried both the original and this lavender-scented version. Out of the two, our cat clearly prefers this one—there’s noticeably less litter being kicked out during normal use, even with the cover installed on the automatic box. That alone makes cleanup far easier. The lavender scent is subtle but effective, and it does a better job masking odors compared to the original unscented or lightly-scented versions we’ve used in the past. The pre-filled, disposable trays are the real winner here. They make the whole process nearly maintenance-free, and while the cost per tray feels premium, the convenience and cleanliness more than justify the price. Swapping trays is fast, hygienic, and hassle-free. What Could Be Better: Not much to complain about unless you're focused solely on price. It’s more expensive than traditional litter, but that’s the tradeoff for convenience and odor control. If you’re already using the PetSafe system, this is the version I’d recommend. Bottom Line: Easy, clean, and preferred by our cat. If you’re already in the ScoopFree ecosystem, this lavender refill tray is a great upgrade from the original. Worth the premium for peace of mind and less mess.

I would highly recommend this to any cat owners. The fresh scent is definitely a plus, and the easy cleanup has made my life so much easier. The covered waste trap and low-tracking crystals are an added bonus. The odor reduction capability is great and makes a noticeable difference. I must mention the disposable tray convenience and its urine absorption on contact, which make a big difference. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my purchase.

East to set up and clean up. This will last my cat 1 month of use. The clean up is so easy. Just put on the top and throw it out.

This product, along with the littler box, is WELL worth the purchase. Clean up and litter change is extremely easy and efficient. No more scooping for our family and no more harsh smells from the litter box. We have this on subscription monthly and roughly only need to change it once a month with two cats (unless they are having a rough time). Absolutely would recommend this to anyone and everyone! Works great!

I appreciate the lack of odor. Easy to clean and no dust. I believe with only one cat it last 3-4 weeks as advertised, but only lasts 2 weeks with multiple cats.

This product is terrific for any cat owner. The fresh scent is a breath of fresh air, quite literally. Plus, its odor reduction capability is impressive, makes a world of difference in keeping my home smelling fresh. The cleanup is also easy. A boon for cat parents like me!

I have 2 cats and have always had 2 litter boxes. I hated scooping and cleaning them out and having to sweep up litter around their boxes. One day I was in a pet store and saw this PetSafe Scoopfree automatic litter box. I talked to the salesperson about it because the unit itself was a bit pricey and he said he had one and I should try it and if I didn't like it I could bring it back. I was afraid the cats might be afraid of it but they both use it!! It's electric and a few minutes after the cats use it a device that acts like a rake slides it to the end of the box and a lid raises up and in goes the dirty litter. When it's full a green light flashes and you simply remove the part that's full and put the lid on it and off to the trash it goes. Once you have the unit you just have to purchase the crystal litter tray refills.

I use a tray about every month in my litter box.

I bought this thinking it was good value because it had a longer delivery timeline. But it turns out it’s just massively expensive for one tray to take a long time to get to me. The photo is very misleading

The litter works really well with my Petsafe self-cleaning litter box but the price is too high for changing it every 15 days.

It works and the cat likes it, just that it is expensive.

I like I don't have to scoop daily .. but I have to vacuum daily as its tracking from one end of my house to the other !!! Whats the issue here ??!!
