Positive experience
Detroit Axle is a well known company putting out quality parts like these front axles for my Explorer. Fit and finish was perfect, and the axles were at a good price point. Replaced both sides as should be done just like brakes. No problems installing them either.

Exact fit for 2006 Pontiac G6
They seem durable, we will see. The Stub shaft came off with the passenger side when the old one was pulled. I thought I had the wrong replacement part but figured out it was stub shaft making it look longer. I got that removed and put on the new one and they are quiet going down the road.

One side worked the other didn’t.
Ordered the pair in a set. Drivers side was perfect fit, however had issue with the passager side not going together. Not sure if it was broken inside or what but it would seed in however it was too long and had trouble seeding thru the roter but the. Couldn’t get the arm back up to put the bolts in on the shocked. Had to go to the auto parts store and spent $155 on just the passager side to get the correct in to get the vehicle back together
