Whats torque limit for the 1/2 one?

A lot. They are heavy duty very stout I would guess I had at least 220 ft lbs to break turbo manifold bolts that who ever installed did not use anti seize

Is this 1/2” or 3/8” torque wrench fit?

One of each, would you believe! The smaller one's 3/8" and the larger one's 1/2". So far they've worked well though I haven't used themon anything yetover 45-pounds of torque.

How wide are the wrenchs. I only have 1/2 in clearance. Will this fit within that?

The smaller one should fit fine, the larger one it will be close.

Yes, this should work on pipe. These wrenches are really nothing more than small pipe wrenches in crowfoot form. As long as the jaws fit around the pipe (or anything), you shouldn't have any issue.
