KC25-15"H2O Low Pressure Gauge 15" WC

I bought this so I could do testing on my CPAP respirator device to make sure it is still working. This now provides me with a great way to tell if my machine is working or needs to be repaired / replaced.Thanks!

Used to teach a professional installer the difference between water column and PSI. Dude danm near killed a bunch of folks because he couldn't tell the difference. Natural Gas is inches of water, and not ounces per square inch. Sheesh...must be a public school thing.Perfect quality, works great and calibrated pretty when compared to actual water column measurement.

Used dial to set pressure on backup generator propane input, worked fine.

Worked as described but DO NOT hook it to un-regulated gas/air lines like I did. Way more pressure than it’s designed for. Blew out the little diaphragm thing inside it and ruined it. My fault though. At least i did measure the low side first to confirm it was normal before I blew it up.

We use it to check the outlet pressure of a natural gas line after gas pressure regulator. It works great because nominal pressure in our case is set around 7.5 W.C. and that is shown at 12 o'clock position on the gauge. So generally we only need to glance to see where the dial is pointing -- no need to read the numbers. We paired it with another gauge from the same manufacturer (Kodiak Controls KC25-3# Low Pressure Gauge 3 PSI) that also follows the same setup idea where it is pointing at 12 o'clock position (nominal inlet pressure for 2 psi natural gas line is 1.5 psi). Both gauges are very easy to read as well. Definitely recommended.
