Works just right. One scoop good for me 20 minutes before workout. Test your tolerance, we are all different.

Overall, I would say that this product is a good pre-workout as far as effects/potency goes. For the grape flavor that I got anyways, it unfortunately doesn't taste too good. Almost tastes like a grape-flavored tea or something. I'm tasting tea for sure every time I taste it. I've never been a tea person but some other people might like it. As far as giving me the energy I need to power through a workout, it works perfectly. But the taste/flavor leaves much to be desired. Not horrible but there are better-tasting pre-workouts that give you the same amount of energy or more than this does.

Good taste. Can definitely feel a difference. Have tried other pre workouts in the past so decided to switch it up and go with this. For the money it was better than expected.

I liked the product, it made me very much locked-in in the gym. It makes me feel good, it does taste a little off for my taste the grape does taste a little to artificial, but yea its exactly what it advertises a strong pre for cheap. I would recommend avoiding more than two scoops as you will feel to jitterish.

I have no idea where these good reviews are coming from. 23 years of lifting and utilizing one pre or another and this one is without a doubt the absolutely worst tasting.....5 days of forcing myself to use it and I can't tell I've taken anything. They list the 3000mg of beta alanine with the creatine together.....so does that mean there is 2000mg of creatine and 1000mg of beta alanine? It makes no sense and is nothing more than a marketing gimmick. Horrible taste, provides nothing.....I'm literally throwing it away now and I can't stand to waste things; I don't even want to waste my time to get my money back.

I'm not sure how to rate this product other than, yeah it tastes good and if you're looking for that temporary high with a great pump, this is your stuff. Long term, this is not a healthy solution at all, and the crash is horrible and outweighs the positives.
